Honestly Thinking about taking this company to court. Place was trashed. Sprayers had almost no pressure at all, The sprayer was Leaking and spraying everywhere till it finally Shot Off at my CAR! Luckily it wasn't at my window but it did scratch my paint down to the bare metal! Terrible TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place. Honestly, Owners probably have given up and this place needs to be shut down.

They will respond if you have issues and refund your money. Hopefully they do better at keeping up this summer.

Leaking water from ceiling, hose leaking and cracked, brush looks like it's been used on the ground,

The tire cleaner was just water.
I went two give them a second chance but it was even worse this morning the bay the hose was busted and it got me all wet, so I stopped it and went to the #3 and it took my money off my card and never came on.the#4 just took two more dollars and didn't come on so eight dollars and no wash.

I was so happy to use this place up until now. It seems to have gone downhill.

The sprayers barely work with any pressure, and barely any soap comes out when selecting that product on the machine selection.

I would ask for my $5 back, but I'm too humble, too, so please take my $5 and make your store a better place again.

Until then, I will pass this place up and head somewhere else from now on.

No spot free rinse. Hand Dryer was working but there was not enough air coming out to remove water from car. Now I paid to remove dust and water spot my car. The hose also dripped at the connection above car and at wall which gives you a little shower

Went to get a car wash before work this morning, spent $10 for the automatic carwash to Not work. I couldn't find a phone number so I put a bad review and they got a hold of me to make it right. Gave me a code for the same wash I tried to buy the other day.

It is a car wash that has manual and an automatic bay. You can use coins or credit card to pay for the service. There are vacuums available. Some of the services are not available like spot free rinse that you see at other locations.

This place regularly has stalls that just don't work and they would prefer that you pump money into them before you find out they don't work. Update third time in the last 2 months that I have attempted to use one of their bays after putting money in only to find out it is not functional. Update went to wash my car put in my money nothing works Good job guys Way to keep robbing the public.

Good little car wash. Never too busy. Has automatic and manual bays. The manual bays do take credit cards so that's nice not needing to lug a bunch of quarters around.

Went to the Douglas Road location, nothing worked, lost money. A disappointing experience.
