Self service car wash was clean, convenient and most important drama free! Love washing my car in peace!

It used to do a good job but the last two times I went there for an automatic wash, it malfunctioned. The underbody wash and the initial rinse apparently don't work at all anymore. The last time it applied wax which I do not want! I'm never going back!

Worst car wash ever! Being close to work, I like to stop and wash my car on the way to work. Three times over the past few years it has taken my money and no wash. The last time, there was an attendant working. I told him that the wash started and no water, just spinning brushes (to give it that scratched up look). He told me I would have to send my receipt in and that there was nothing he could do. No response from the company! I will take my car down the street to Conrads. Only 1/2 mile away. Even though I will have to go after work instead of before because of their hours. Just give the attendants a tip. They earn it by actually washing and drying your car by hand. BTW, after pulling out of the automatic wash because it was just spinning brushes with no water, I went to the self rinse bay. Put my credit card in and only washed for a few minutes. NO SOAP WOULD COME OUT. CAME HOME AND CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD. $8 FOR A FEW MINUTES.

I attempted to go through the automated car wash bay sometime ago. The bay started to wash my car and then stopped immediately. With no attendant there at the time, I followed the directions near the change machine and left my name, phone number, my receipt from my purchase, and what happened. When I got home I also emailed the company about what happened. I was never contacted about getting my refund. I'm very disappointed about the lack or customer service. Sadly, I have been a customer there since, only because of the convenience of the location. I would recommend keeping your receipt in case this happens to you, but apparently it doesn't matter because they won't contact you anyway.

Bad the automatic car wash only washed half the van must of not of worked right malfunction waste of money

Took my money never gave me a car wash they also took 12 dollars off my card and I called left a message no one answered

Automatic car wash, took my money and did not wash my car. Very disappointed will not come here again. Lights to tell you to enter, are behind the the brushes so you can’t see what it wants you to do.
