I can’t say enough wonderful things about Carl and Ranee. As first time home buyers in a very competitive market, my husband and I had a lot to learn. Carl and Ranee taught us so much, not just about the home buying process, but also about fair market value, setting reasonable priorities, and how to get creative to put together a competitive bid. Their many years of experience in this field was so evident, and it gave us such confidence. They also spent so much of their own time going to last minute showings, putting together offers, and just getting to know what my husband and I wanted out of our first house. They were always punctual, professional, and honest. It took almost a full year to find our perfect home, and never once did we feel pressured to make a decision that wasn’t right for our family. Once we started the closing process, Carl and Ranee made sure we had the support and resources needed to complete everything on time. We are now on the other side of the process, 7 months into home owning, and still so grateful to Carl and Ranee for helping us achieve our dream!

Ranee was very responsive and flexible when it came to see houses that would pop up on the market. At the time we were searching for homes the market was so very and she was very helpful with putting offers in ASAP and getting back to us with updates.
