Great selection of deli meats, eat in or take out meals and delicious daily specials are available.

Everything & everyone in the place was top notch. Only reason I didn't give them a five star appraisal was because the prices are a bit too high.

Decent lunch selection with small dining area.very reasonable prices. Unique establishment with all sorts of brats and sausage, condiments, sauerkraut etc.

BEST BRATS IN OHIO! If you are even close to Bucyrus, YOU MOST STOP and get stocked-up! They also have hot food for a quick family picnic. Very friendly and helpful employees!

Made a special trip, food was just ok, probably would not go back. It was very clean and neat though

I love Carle's. I shop here a couple of times a month. They did an amazing job continuing to serve their customers yet keep staff and customers safe during the pandemic. They have inside dining again, but you can still call ahead and do a curbside pickup if you're more comfortable doing so. I get their Constant Contact email each week so I always know what the daily special is as well as what's on sale. I plan my visits accordingly. The hot bar choices are always delicious, besides the daily special you can choose from soups, sides, (my favorite is the mac & cheese), casseroles, and dessert too. Haven't tried the paninnis yet but they look delicious. They also have a great deli with all kinds of cold salad choices, mac & potato.chicken salad is to die for, also love the egg, tuna and ham salad. Then you can wonder over to the cheese and deli meat area for fresh slices to go. Then move along to the fresh meat showcase with lots of great choices. Personal favorites are the stuffed pork chops, bacon and special grind beef to name a few. Usually grab a few things from the freezer too. Love the variety of bratwurst in the freezer. Recently tried the seedless links and they were a hit for me and hubby! Also like to pickup a small frozen ham loaf and a meat loaf. Makes for an easy week night meal. I've rattled on too long and haven't come close to all they have available for purchase. So just stop and check it out. Don't forget to grab some of their delicious chocolate and a bottle of wine too!

Had the Brats of course. Mac and cheese with ham and peas was very good. Clean and vey nice staff!

Stopped for lunch, which was awesome and very reasonably priced, but could have done all kinds of other shopping at their full meat market and lots of speciality items. Has been decades since I've been here. Glad we stopped while passing through Bucyrus.

Apparently it's a bad day for the employees at Carle's, my 75 year old mother came home from there saying two ladies waited on her and neither gave a "thank you" or cared to look at her. Takes as much energy to be nice as it does being rude. Nice job

First time visit, but definitely not my last. Carle's has an interesting set up, being part grocery store and part hot/cold deli - including a "restaurant" area. The selection of meats and dry goods run the gammut of traditional German foods. The store is small enough to accommodate quick shopping trips, and a wide enough selection to accommodate the pickiest shoppers. I found the prices in the store and deli areas to be competitively priced.

Love you his place Bratwurst is so good and yummy so is their Carle's Special blend of hamburger.

Hot lunch meals. I had a Carley's. Bratwurst blackberry cobbler and bake beans. Delish.

This place is amazing! Good old fashioned German food. They have some of the best bratwurst you will ever taste. Everyone should try this place at least once
