Carmen Orthodontics Columbus Office

Our experience here was absolutely wonderful and we would recommend this orthodontist to everyone! We really enjoyed our experience here with everyone and coming here was the best decision we could have made! They were very honest and my son only had to wear braces for a short period of time which was wonderful. Thank you for the terrific experience and of course always keep up the great work everyone!

Can't say enough about this office. I went to multiple other orthodontic offices and they all said I'd need double jaw surgery considering my age.

Carmen was the only office who talked me through my options, and we were able to avoid surgery saving me tens of thousands of dollars. They were patient through the process and let the treatment run its course.

I didn't think these results were possible. I highly recommend and I'm blessed to have found them!

Would not recommend to anyone! The Dr.was very rude they do not care about their patients only want your money and talk to very disrespectfully to show off for employees do not go there!

I walked out of this office with my teeth crooked after paying 6,200 for braces and they tried to blame me and didn’t take responsibility or offered any options, I kept recommending people but after this experience I stopped. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went to Dr. Carmen in the early 2000s. He was my third opinion, as a friend had recommended him as she was getting braces at his office the following week. I went, and am so glad I did! He was the only orthodontist who didn't mention surgery. I had two orthodontists say they wanted to break my jaw, wire my mouth shut for weeks, and I would have to drink through a straw. Dr. Carmen took on a big task because my mouth had lots of work ahead. Instead of surgery, he put a expander in the roof of my mouth. He have me an amazing smile and I have been giving a full smile ever since! Also, he is very nice and makes you feel comfortable to be around! I am very thankful he helped me out with my confidence after all these years!

Amazing office! Everyone is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Carmen makes you feel like you’re the only patient there. Even with the bustling clientele, he spends time to answer questions and offer many solutions! All the hygienists and administration staff are top notch. Would highly recommended!

My daughter requires a 2 step process. Dr Carmen told us it would take 12months the first round. It took 6! And the results are incredible! I have 2 daughters. Both require orthodontics. Dr Carmen office is by far more advanced in practice and customer service! Great place, great people and great results! Can't wait to see what her 2nd round results are!

As an adult getting braces.it was a different experience. Mouth full of crowns.throw in an underbite.oh. I need to make room for an implant.

Let's pause the process for COVID. Lol

Appliances.braces and bands. No more underbite. Implant going in, in a couple of weeks. Alll.without surgery!

Dr Jesse and staff are so awesome! They are the nicest. I could not be more happier with my outcome! Highly recommend.

Dr Jessie is the best! The staff are friendly. The environment is clean and sanitized. There is hardly ever a wait. They respect your appointment time. Everything moves smoothly. In the beginning you get a price and there has never been a surprise cost added on at the end. I am so happy with the results. I was hoping for a beautiful straight smile and that’s what I got! No regrets. Totally worth every penny. I have sent all 3 of my kids here plus myself and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Dr Jessie!

Just got my braces put on today and it was the best experience. The Orthodontic assistant Kayna, did an excellent job and would most definitely recommend her and Carmen Orthodontics.

My 8 year old had her braces taken off today and she is extremely excited. I asked her how many stars to give for this review and she said a million. She also said she appreciated how everyone made her feel comfortable throughout the process, understood when she was nervous, and always explained what to expect. It’s also amazing to see the before and after pictures. We highly recommend this office!

I was a teenager when I got braces from this orthodontist and it was a waste. They popped my braces off and took the enamel off my teeth so I could feel with my tongue the damage to the surface of my teeth, they gave me my retainer that didn't fit properly so i told them and they called themselves fixing it but no they didn't. The retainer was very poor quality and of course my teeth shifted, so when I went back asking them to do something about how soon my teeth shifted because of the ill fitted retainer that they never got right they said they would put braces back on my teeth for a DISCOUNTED rate! Like are you all kidding me or what! I had a rushed and careless experience here.

I’ve been coming since August 2019 for Invisalign and I finally finished. Throughout the entire process the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They worked with me and made sure I got my desired smile in the end. I was usually placed with Kayna and I just loved how efficient she was, especially when taking pictures/ getting scans of my teeth. She always made sure to be precise and quick at the same time, so I never had to sit long. I got my braces from this same facility in 2012, so I was already pretty familiar with the staff. They’ve always made sure I felt comfortable then and they stayed consistent in the way they care for their patients. I love coming here to be honest.

Great place. I just got the brace off and they did such a wonderful job straightening my teeth. I’m so glad I chose this place. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. Dr. Jessie is so professional, he told me that he might be able to avoid the extraction for me and he did it! I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Im so happy about my teeth now!

EVERY staff member was SO nice and thorough throughout our experience at Carmen orthodontist, with both of our kids. Their expertise and attention to detail made me extremely comfortable. I highly recommend them for your orthodontics.

The staff was amazing and extremely friendly! The results I got with traditional braces in two years was mind blowing! Dr. Jesse is fantastic and was able to save me loads money by bringing down a wisdom tooth to replace a tooth I had pulled in the past, instead of getting a tooth implant.

I truly cannot express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Jesse for the hard work, time, dedication and determination in conquering my daughter’s severe orthodontic need which we experienced at Carmen Orthodontics. Our daughter was initially evaluated by another orthodontist with recommendations that she have multiple adult teeth pulled, among other treatment options we were definitely not comfortable proceeding with. When Dr. Jesse first evaluated our daughter he reassured us that he would be able to help her without having to pull any of her adult teeth (which was our biggest concern). Dr. Jesse is highly educated and truly gifted at what he does. He kept his word and with the use of an appliance which Dr. Jesse created himself and continuing with the complete treatment Dr. Jesse recommended, our daughter now has the most beautiful, perfect smile which we never thought was possible! Thank you to all the kind staff at Carmen Orthodontics as well. You all were so kind, caring and great at what you do! I wouldn’t recommend to go anywhere else except Carmen Orthodontics for all your orthodontic needs!

When I first heard that I needed braces, it hadn't occurred to me that it was something I would have a good experience with or even particularly enjoy. At a different orthodontist office, I was told that teeth would be pulled because they were crooked, that I would have braces until I was nearly an adult. Obviously, as a then 15 year old, it wasn't eactly thrilling to hear. When I went to Carmen Orthodontics, I was told I would have braces for 20 months at the most and would be able to keep all of my teeth. That was 16 months ago. Now, I've not only got a beautiful smile, I recieved an amazing experience with the staff and the orthodontists themselves. Everyone was very courteous and helpful and made sure I was always comfortable. I'm grateful for the experience I had with Carmen Orthodontist and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality and comfort.

Both of my children got their braces from Carmen Orthodontics, and the Carmen's just have a top notch practice and my kids' teeth turned out great!
