Carpetland Carpet One Floor & Home, Milford OH

First I bought a 6x12 area rug for my living room it's wonderful I love it, so I decided to buy a 3x7 for the hallway Perfection again. I will definitely be doing business with this company again.

We were very impressed, from start to finish, with Carpetland in Milford, Ohio regarding our recent major carpet purchase and installation.

We are also very grateful to our salesman Dylan Schafer.
He gave us top quality service on the entire process, handling everything for us to perfection. His professional advice and knowledge, to coordinating the installation was exceptional. Our new carpet is stunning!

In our past experiences, dealing with large purchases can be difficult in the handling of all the people involved in the process. Dylan handled them all! The entire process was impressive.

We have had a lifetime of building homes and lots of purchases which can be a nightmare. Our original carpet was installed poorly by JP Flooring and it was necessary to be replaced within 5 years.

Super nice store. Much larger inside than it looks from the outside. Awesome selection of brands. Wonderful sales person. Very accommodating and patient. No pressure sales. Lots of flooring to choose from between wood and carpeting. Tons of samples from high end to moderate pricing.

Ricky was extremely helpful. He has great insight and knowledge of color and materials. The store was loaded with samples and the staff was attentive but not over bearing. Highly recommend!

Update: after posting this review, I was contacted by Carpetland. I am happy to report that they fixed my floors, put bigger, more sturdy transition pieces in and made it look like new again! I am very happy with this fix and would recommend Dylan and Carpetland!

Let me start by saying- we absolutely love our carpet one exclusive LVP. It is beautiful and durable. Dylan was our sales guy and he was fantastic. No pressure, didn’t tell us the prices when we were looking to try to push us into the higher price range. My low review comes from the installation. We had our floors put in Sept 2019. We were told “Tommy is the best”. The problem is they left way too big of a gap for the floating floors, and within the last 2 years we have started getting gaps around all the edges. In fact the trim is now breaking because there is no floor under it to support the trim. We had them out about a year after the installation to fix a gap that we had by our kitchen island, which ended up coming back and we had to gorilla glue and push back into place. It’s disappointing that we now have to try to figure out how to fix all this.

Rhonda has been amazing, very accommodating and very patient even after I changed my mind about which flooring! Installation is tomorrow and I’m so excited!

The workmanship on my floors was excellent. My floors turned out, absolutely beautiful. I have no complaints whatsoever.
