Carrabba's Italian Grill, Columbus OH

We had a great experience when searching for a night out dinner, and high grade choices with the family. Longer wait than I anticipated to be seated, however the waitress more than made up for it, and the staff here will do their best to not let you down. I had the chops with asparagus, and both were on point!

Great server and the food was good but not as good as we were expecting. 4 stars because of the service.

Great place to take the family. Solid kids offerings, bread comes out fast and plentiful. Friendly staff, fair wine list.

Very nice place. Was my first time. Ambiance of the place was pleasant. Food outstanding! Refreshing to have a great server.

This location does a great job with their excellent menu, friendly service - picked up takeout this time. Dined in on previous visits. Good is excellent.

One of the.est Italian restaurants around. The portions are huge. Most people were carrying out boxes so it is not just me.

Had very good service here and food was good. Sat at the food prep bar area which is always entertaining. Cocktail and wine prices are very expensive.

We come to carrabba pretty often. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is calming, and the service is top knotch.

We love Carrabba's. Great choices and menu selection. Great staff, very friendly. This particular location is not in the heart of the shopping center so traffic and parking aren't too bad. GPS directions may take you through an awkward entrance, recommend entering near the Texas Roadhouse.

Good place with good service and reasonable prices. Prices are a bit higher than the atmosphere would suggest. The food seems to have been healthily prepared. Also.my nine year old son wanted me to mention that the kids' spaghetti quantity was too small. Overall good dinner though.

Johnny Rocco salad was quite disappointing. Charged me $19 for a very small salad that was seasoned with too much pepper. Sevice was good and nice atmosphere though. Their special lioked great. I should have gotten that.

Went here with family on Saturday. Let’s just say i’ll never go back! I got the chicken parmesean and had a long black hair under one of my chicken filets. Waiter didn’t even say sorry about that just asked if i wanted something else, and I kindly declined. My mom and Brother got the lamb chops. They were really tough and they didn’t even tell us they were out of the dipping sauce that came with the entrees. The service all together was terrible and unpleasant. I will never go back here, and will tell anyone who even thinks about visiting to not waste their money.

Food was very good. Service was great. However, the place needs a little tlc. Went there many years ago when it was new. Seats are worn and menus were worn as well. Overall, a great evening.

The food was good but the service was really bad. We had a kid named Dylan and he was so preoccupied it made the whole dining experience bad. I honestly have gotten better service at fast food restaurants. This would have been a great meal but the service was that bad that I gave it only 1 star - I never give one star ratings. The management was not paying attention - could not find one anywhere but there are a lot of restaurants in that area to choose from so not a problem

Well attempted to have dinner here.
And I've told the waitress that I have an shellfish allergy and also I'm allergic to nuts her reply was wow your all over the place. Huh what does that supposed to mean? She said I'm just saying. Ok I let it pass now I ordered my dinner at 6.12 got my salad the had three croutons on it so I'm thinking she not playing attention to what she's bring to the table. Time passes like an 45 minutes later and still no meal. So I ask the waitress what's going on and she said that the kitchen is back up and I'll bring it to you asap I said ok 20 min later still no chicken trio
Now my blood sugar is getting low and I have stomach pain at this time the waitress come over and I said I need to cancel my order and pay for lemon aid. I guess she didnt like what I said and she told me hey your meal is on the track over there. Really ok still no food now the manager on staff that day was really great she tried to make it right. But at this time I just wanted to eat something somewhere else where theres no bad energy

The food was bland and merely ok. Of all our meals not a single one of us were impressed. No amount of good service could have improved the quality or taste.

Carrabba's is one my favs for Italian.it's always on point.had the chicken parmesan for the first time and it was yummy.super friendly waiter and would like to highly recommend the blackberry bellini.

Very very long wait to receive cold food. I was disappointed in the service all together, food was pricey and the portions were small an not fresh. I will not be back again.

Such excellent food AND Service. My wife and I were very pleased with our first visit. Could not be happier! Portions are spot on, atmosphere is very pleasant mix of fine dining and relaxed environment without the worry of proper etiquette. (Even though my wife and I both try!) We had Shrimp Scampi appetizer, Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna, Pollo Rosa Maria with garlic mashed potatoes, Cesaer Salads with fresh rolls, Bread and Drinks. Order these and I promise you wont be disappointed!
