I got approved elsewhere and have a place to go now

Didn't show up for our tour (we waited 40 mins and no one showed) seemingly because they rented it out earlier in the day. Nice way to waste people's time.

Update. I expressed my disappointment about being stood up and here is their snarky response. Don't rent from them. So unprofessional.

"We didn’t have the application at the time of your showing. It was not an
intentional slight. Also, I did apologize yesterday and did acknowledge
that we messed up. People make mistakes but when they apologize it’s rude and unprofessional to send an email going off on them as if it had been planned from the beginning to inconvenience you. "

I’m assuming all of these are fake reviews and they’ve deleted most of The real ones lol. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent from these people. Worst living experience of my life while living in their place. Had to move out for my own safety as the police were called over and over and over. All on one tenet that was threatening my roommates, had large amounts of weapons and an attack dog in their apartment as well as loud enough music to keep the entire building (that had elderly and children in it) that didn’t START until 3 am. They did absolutely NOTHING! At all! We kept calling them and they kept saying over and over again that the entire building was calling them about it and they did nothing. After trying to take things into our own hands and ask the neighbor to try and be more quiet than threatened my roommates and yet landlords that on this building for some reason think that’s perfectly OK and does nothing to stop it.

Not to mention all of the pipes are fused together and they sent an electrician or a plumber to the house who harassed my roommate.

All in all don’t do it

This long serving community based business is run by strong professionals who have great impotently for their customers. They listen closely and take great care of their properties. Whether you want to buy sell rent or manage properties I would strongly recommend them for Olde town East neighbourhood or any where in the city. I have bought sold and rented using their services. Hope to one day use them to manage rental property
