Best vet clinic in the area! We've taken our dogs here for past 25 years! They are honest and don't try to push you into unnecessary treatments. I trust them 100%

I love Dr. Gardner and Hayley. They’re always so accommodating and make the best decisions for my dogs. My bloodhound is high maintenance and they never bat an eye at that.

I really liked that they seemed to care a lot about my cat. Also, I appreciated that they were prompt, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

Dr. Kelleher and the entire staff are amazing. They are very informative, walk you through every process, and they do not leave you with any surprises. I am so happy to have her treat our dog.

Dr. Allison Gardner was competent, kind, and compassionate in caring for our 14 year old dog Bandit. I would definitely recommend this entire office for vet care.

Knowledgeable, caring, affordable. My pets are like theirs when there. I am thankful I found CAH when our vet retired.

Just let an animal be sick because I don't get paid til Friday. Don't worry, I took him somewhere else and will be taking my animals there from now on. I wish I could give zero stars because yall suck.

We were in the area for 1 week visiting. Our animals always travel with us. Had a pup get sick this trip but these guys were fantastic about getting him seen in a timely manner. The staff were very courteous and professional.
I was pleased with my results.

Called them told them we think this kitten has been hit by a car and they told us what do u want us to do about it. We had no funds to help her. Like you guys are an Animal hospital! Now the kitten is dead because of you guys. Don’t come here if your expecting them to care for your animals. Cause they care more about the money in your pocket then the health of your animals

They really care. About your money and who cares about your animal. My animal is terrified when I did " try " to get a appointment. And if you get a appointment it's a month later when your pet needs to be seen quickly only to find out they didn't even place an appointment. This clinic is Not recommend.

Took my dog in there after it was attacked by another dog they only treated half of his injury's. Didn't shave him down to look for a possible wounds and left gaping holes in my dog. Took him to another vet and he was well taken care of they were horrified and how they treated my dog. And so am I They are reckless in how they treat your animals. Do not go there

Very bad follow through. Keep getting told that the doctor would call with results and still waiting after 10 days.

My pets have never been here, but I will forever be grateful to Dr. Gardner and Hayley. One of my dogs had a bleeding tumor, and I reached out to my friend for advice while waiting to get my dog to another vet for a second opinion. Dr. Gardner had no problem giving life-saving advice to a pet that was not even under their care. My vet said Harley would not have been doing so well had it not been for them. If this is how they treat pets that are not under their care, I can only imagine those that are get the best treatment. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much I appreciate you.

Sam (orange tabby cat) loves the staff as much as they like him. The staff and docs are great with his urinary and GI issues. Definitely a great asset in the community. Definitely recommend!

THEY ARE OVERCHARGING YOU! Call around yourself, you’ll see.
We brought our 2 dogs there last week to get tested for Lyme (we assumed they had it because ticks have been awful and natural preventative measures haven’t been keeping them off). We wanted the Doxycycline to treat them and then the Lyme vaccine. They gave them the first vaccine and also said they both had double ear infections and prescribed 2 small bottles of antibiotics…ok. They said we could have a bottle of cleaner as well! Nearly 2 hours later we finally went to check out and they casually said “ok that’ll be $560 (-someting) dollars” and some cents. I about choked. I couldn’t even afford the ear drops or the cleaner it sounded like they were going to “give” us. I could only afford the vaccines and the Doxy. That brought it down to $430-something. In 2-3 weeks they need boosters for the Lyme vaccines. That’s going to be another $85 each dog! I expected it to be pricey but half a grand is insane. I called another vet, Thompson Animal Hospital in Canton South. They will do the booster AND another exam for $64. Meaning their Lyme boosters are only about $25 as opposed to $85. Their exams are about $25 as opposed to around $50/60. A FULL EXAM “and” booster is still $20 LESS per dog than the booster alone at Carroll. The price difference is astronomical. The service isn’t great and the vets are vague and treat you and your pet like a number and dollar signs. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. This is not my only time there either. I’d been going there for year off and in because they are close. Every time there was something unsatisfactory. Drive the extra miles. Go somewhere else. Save some money. They’re not worth it.

We’ve brought all the house animals to this vet. I’ve never had a bad experience. When our elderly cat’s time came, they helped her across the bridge so she didn’t have to suffer. When my parents passed away and their elderly dog was so sick with grief he became aggressive, started biting, and wouldn’t respond to any retraining they helped him too. They didn’t judge us. They’ve seen our LSD and are wonderful with him even when he’s crying (he’s a big baby at the vet lol). They treated my parents indoor/outdoor cat when he got in a fight, and the old boy is back to killing mice. They’ve seen our 2 rescue indoor cats too. We’ve met all the vets at this point, I’m pretty sure we’ve seen everyone that works there lol. They have always treated us kindly and were even kinder to the animals. They’ve seen us in all emotional states too, and never once have I felt mistreated.

Side note: the girl who answers the phone and makes appointments? Amazing woman. I cried like a baby over each of those elderly animals and she was very compassionate and kind.
