Carson Farms Apartments, Delaware OH

This apt neighbor did revenge to my mom and put extra trash can at her garage many times. I’m tired of it and put trash away. She has trash can and recycle box are inside garage. Also we put numbers on it. I can’t check on her garage everyday. I live in Columbus and have a job in Columbus. No more revenge. Need change policy or something.

I fell in love with Carson Farms Apartments from the first day I visited the place. Emily, the property manager, did a tremendous paperwork to ensure my process went smoothly. She set up all the utility bills prior to the move in date. I just want to say thank you for being a sister's keeper, Miss Emily, and the entire Carson Farms team for caring about the betterment of the community. Am loving my stay here so far.

Absolutely terrible. They won't let you take your kids to the pool unless there is one adult per child. That's ridiculous. So a mom with 2 kids can't take both kids. What a stupid policy.

I love this place they have been great to work with. The grounds is always kept up. Emily and Jason have been very good to work with and help when my toilet was not working and they were so busy with other things that made it happen the same day. Thank you for being wonderful people.

Taylor, the leasing agent, was extremely helpful through a very difficult move. She worked with me to find a suitable location within the complex. She was very patient with me even through all of my stress and anxiety. I cannot give enough stars for her professionalism mixed with empathy and compassion. We are all lucky to have Taylor here at Carson Farms!

We just renewed our lease for another year. We've felt safe and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of these apartments. There are plenty of sidewalks that easily connect to trails and parks in the area. This is probably the quickest response to maintenance requests that we've had from management.

We’ve lived at Carson Farms for the past year and are excited to be renewing this year as well! We love the neighborhood and feeling completely safe all around! The maintenance team is great. They are always super quick in responding to any maintenance requests that we put in!

I want to give a huge thank you to Jaime for welcoming us in! She is so friendly and welcoming and made us feel comfortable and like we were at home already! Carson Farms is a gorgeous place to be! Very excited about the pool and all the upcoming events! My family and I are very glad to be here

Just renewed because the community is so safe and friendly! Jamie is amazing as the property manager and Randy is extremely knowledgeable on any maintenance issues. Very family friendly!

My garden apartment is great! Plenty of storage room for me and all my hobbies! I love the screen porch- it adds another room in warm weather. The managers and maintenance crew have been responsive to my requests. A quiet, well-maintained neighborhood is a welcome place to call home. Six years and counting!

Jamie is a very good manager and she had a nice reception Friday with prizes and refreshments; we were never invited to anything before. Randy takes care of any problems quickly and correctly. We appreciate them both.

We loved living here until the continuous issue of birds living in our ceiling. We have had birds build a nest 3 times in our dryer vent. The Ackermann Group/Carson Farms refuses to put a grate over the pipe outside to prevent it from happening. Maintenance always comes out and fixes it, but it costs us money every time it happens because we have to drive to the local laundromat to do our laundry. Will update review if the landlord actually completes a permanent repair that stops the issue.
