6Family own. Has been in the neighborhood forever. Every exterminator goes there for products. Very knowledgeable when it comes to pests. Love it.
They don't show up when they say they will, and when they do show up, the technicians bring attitude. I tried to tell them where I saw roaches, and they told me they didn't want to hear it, they know better than I do. And worst of all, the treatments don't work.
The exterminator went by my mother's and was not prepared. He didn't have a ladder and she was told it will cost more. Try to help black companies and this is the result. Very bad business. Will not use this company again.
