Update: I received a call from the Store Manager and he was willing to do something about the service I received. They obviously care enough to have the phone call, therefore I've raised my initial rating. I'll give these guys another shot and see how it goes.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a store. The sales staff look annoyed that you’re interrupting their phone watching. I stood at the counter for about a minute before they actually acknowledged me.

We ordered a couple of doors and never received any sort of update on expected delivery. I called multiple times to try get a timeframe which was answered with: “I’ll let you know when I know”. We eventually got a call when the doors came in.

Wait for the building sector to cool off before these guys actually care about their sales commission and might do some customer service.

Highly do not recommend if you’re looking for quality service.
