Worst customer service, always is something with the employee of this store! Not coming anymore.
I couldn't return an item because it's been a week, when I told her you have to tell customers about your return policy system she said it's not necessarily. I told her i want to talk to manager she said I'm one of managers but she were very rude lady not respectful at all. I usually bought clothes from Carter's in other location they always returned for me even it's been more than two weeks, but in Hilliard location you have to work on customer service because they are not friendly at all
Cute clothes, clean store, but very much not stroller friendly! I have a decently small stroller and couldn't get through most of the racks, definitely overcrowded.
