Loved it, loved how they updated a historic place and made it even better. Food was great. Service was amazing and plenty of seating

Honestly I feel that Cartridge has gone down hill with the new owners. First of all…cashless. Cash is legal tender for all goods and services in the US. The QR system was confusing and reception is not great in that area. If you need some assistance from and employee, good luck. We asked for just a few items and the servers acted annoyed. Lastly, the other family in our party ordered their food within minutes of our order and didn’t receive their food until a half our later. Unacceptable. We won’t be returning.

Love the environment and pizza! Alex was our server and he was so friendly and he did amazing. Can’t wait to go back again!

We stopped by last Monday and was very impressed. Drinks were just right and Caleb, our bartender, served them with a friendly smile.

While the atmosphere is fun and inviting. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The process of ordering your food on your own online and ordering your own drinks is not something I expected nor cared for. No one checked on our table or checked if we needed refills.

Great changes happening at Cartridge Brewing! The new ordering system allows for a quick turnaround on food and the menu finally fits the location. Excited to see what else is to come with the new ownership. Amanda and her team go above and beyond for the best customer experience! Service is fast and they feel like a great Team environment.

Great place for family dinner, a night out or celebration! I had my rehearsal dinner for our wedding here and the food/service did not disappoint! They have a great selection of beer and mixed drinks if you aren’t a beer drinker. Their food menu was also very diverse. Plenty of options for everyone to enjoy! Would recommend to anyone.

Beer ok, but you can get an ok beer anywhere. The wings were terrible. Only wingettes, no drumettes. Embarrassingly small and dry. There was an option for a dry rub so I chose that and also got a side of buffalo hot sauce and I thought great 2x heat. Nope. The rub was all sugar and the Buffalo sauce was not hot some kind of bland creamy orange something. Might as well have been bottled rach with food coloring. Due to the location I'm sure they will do well but it seems like they are cooking with the expectation that their clientele will not be able to appreciate flavor. Disappointing.

This place used to be great. The food was amazing, beer was unique and varied, and service was top notch. Since they sold out to a chain they still charge the same prices but dropped quality in every way. We will not be going back.

My bartender Spencer was excellent, and had an in depth knowledge of the beers available. Pizza that I ordered was pretty awful, garlic flavor was so overwhelming that you couldn’t taste anything else. Doughy, undercooked as well. I’m sure they will fix this in the future.

Ignored. You order through an app which was fine. But they made my food wrong and there was no one who checked on us to try and make it right. I ordered a second drink and it never came. I gave up after 30 minutes of looking for someone to help me but I just paid for the food and the drink that never came and left. I could have gone searching for someone, but that isn’t how I expect to be served in a restaurant.

Amazing! Bike to this from Loveland, the Monkey Bar or beyond! Or drive. So worth the trip! Such a cool atmosphere! One of the née test restaurants along the river. Y’all will like this place!

Amazing place. I've seen some great music and had some great food and drink here. So unique. Right in along the Little Miami river conservancy nature preserve. So beautiful. Awesome history. Great place for day exploring! Great beer!

Used to love this place and now it's really gone downhill. No one to help, everything in the app, no silverware to be found, and the beer choices aren't what they used to be. So bummed because this used to be a favorite place and now it might be an ok stop for beer but not the overpriced food with no service or support. Plenty of other choices in the area that care more about the customer experience. New management seems to be tanking the place

Great beer, great food and an excellent transition to a more brewpub focused style of service. Amanda is great and did a fantastic job keeping everything organized on such a busy Sunday afternoon!

New electronic ordering system really missed the mark. Over 25+ min and still no drinks so we had to go to the bar and get them ourselves. Very disappointing as we previously really enjoyed the place.

Everytime we come it's just bad service. Waited at the bar for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. The bar wasnt even very crowded for a sunday at 6: 30pm. Come in for a quick beer and get back on the bike trail. Just not really worth even stopping anymore.
