The process to sell a vehicle here was simple. An appointment was made online (required), all vehicle information fill out at that time as well, and then you simply accept or decline their offer. There's no haggling a price. Right before your appointment you get a text and email so you can sign the paperwork. At the appointment, you give over the keys and title. They take off the license plates, and give you the check. Then you're done. It was fast, the people were friendly, and it was super convenient to do. I haven't bought a vehicle from here, and honestly am not sure how that process would work, but I would recommend it if you're just selling a vehicle and don't want to trade for anything else.

Misleading follow up information with title and registration after purchase. Bad customer service to resolve. Better to just buy a car at a dealer.

I both purchased a car and sold that car back to Carvana. Both experiences were simple and surprisingly fast (selling the car in particular took perhaps 30 minutes total elapsed time, including time on the website). The employees at the Cleveland location were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Offered more than trade in value! Entire process took less than 10 minutes, if you sign the documents electronically.just a wonderful experience.

Just got a 2020 Jeep compass limited, 7 days later and 100 miles it’s been towed for repair. They extended my return till the 13th, but have to run diagnostics. The man at the repair place said Silver rock warranty coverage is a joke. So don’t expect much out of it and you may not have your car back within seven days. How am I supposed to get to Work as I called off today to have the car towed, and now not have a vehicle for over a week.

The actual sale of the car was super easy. The picking the car up not so much. First they said they would be there on a specific day to inspect the car, pick up the car and give me my check. They came out inspected the car, gave me my check, then put a lock box on the car, so it could not be moved, and left it in my driveway! Apparently it takes 24 - 48 hours to pick up the car. They did not tell me that - the car was totally in the way. Then the 3rd party towing company came to my house at 9: 40 PM, banged on the door, then towed the car - I had to go out and move the car- and he was like - it ain't that late! -

They sold me a car that I could only use for 8 days until it completely broke down. Empty coolant, oil overflowing the top of the engine. Been in the shop since October 3rd. The parts are taking so long to get to the mechanic. Our rental is over with and the warranty will only cover $400 of it. We have no clue when we will actually get to have the car. This has been the worst experience when buying a car. I will never do business with this place ever again. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Never will I ever purchase another vehicle from Carvana. I purchased my vehicle months ago. When I went to pick the car up it was not ready and should not have left the dealership. A rep should have reached out to me and told me that. I had to take it to Firestone and get all the repairs that should’ve been completed prior to me picking up the vehicle. The tires that were on the car were not the correct tires. They were too big. Every time I turned a corner they would rub and make a very loud terrible noise. The brakes and rotors were bad. Those had to be replaced. On top of that I keep having check engine issues which are not covered under the warranty. Then what really made me decide to leave this review is these two key fobs that were given to me. Now these fobs had missing buttons when they were given to me. The buttons continued to fall off. I tried to get them replaced I was told I had to file a claim. By the time I was able to get an appointment the warranty had ended. So now I keep getting locked out the car because the buttons are gone and the buttons under the buttons have fallen off as well. I feel this is such an inconvenience to have to run all over Cleveland for repairs on a vehicle that came from a dealership. I can see if I purchased it from a car auction or something, but I did not. Silverrock is a waste of money. They do not cover anything and they deny all the claims.

I honestly feel like this is some kind of a scam.we had everything ready to go and then they did this bizarre personal identification questioning it didn’t take into account multiple people in the household with multiple student loans, etc. I think it’s just a scam to weed people out so
be careful.

We still can`t believe how quick and easy it was. I would definitly use Carvana again in a heart beat and will recommend you. We were sad to see the car go but we had to sell. The thing was the way things are in the world today it was safe.

Not happy drove 150 miles and was told the rust spot on door was not mentioned the also claimed there an issue with wind will never be back.

I thought my buy out amount was good. Everything done online pretty self explanatory. The drop off and payment confirmation was quick and easy.about 10 minutes and Done. No regrets. I thought Carvana was great!

Don’t let these people lie to you! Sold us a lemon & refuse to do the right thing, having it repaired. Scumbag company that only care about overcharging you for junk vehicles

I shopped around several on-line car buyers and Carvana's offer was by far the best. However, they didn't make the original appointment to inspect and accept the car, but when they did come it went very smoothly. I'm still waiting for the payment to hit my bank account however, after 3 full business days. They said it would take one or two.

Two stars for poor Company Policies and disjointed Customer Service infrastructure. The vehicle was fine despite missing important safety related parts and the primary key not being for that vehicle. Posing a huge liability for a car dealer to sell a car missing important safety related parts. It was missing Brake Fluid Cap & Battery Terminal Cover amongst several other items that aren't necessary. Evidently the 150 point inspection missed some very obvious things or was simply very inadequate.
Then getting Carvana to reimburse me for replacing the parts and allowing me to take the car to Volkswagen for a key refit was a Herculean Task (3 days) to get them to honor and make their negligence "right".
The people I dealt with were friendly and tried their best to help. However, Carvana's Policies hindered their abilities. Carvana's Policies & Procedures are severely lacking any foresight into unique scenarios and don't allow for exception to their narrow "Rules".
The problem seems resolved for now. VW has ordered the new key and I've replaced the parts. Waiting on a reimbursement check. Seeing if it ever comes.
Their leadership really needs to step up their policies for customers. The most common response I received was "You can return the car. " They'd rather lose a several tens of thousands dollar sale than replace some missing parts. Seems extremely short sighted to me. Otherwise it's an excellent vehicle but I doubt I'll ever purchase from them again.
