Jenna is absolutely the best at what she does! I have never been disappointed leaving this salon. Everyone is so nice and respectful. Perfect place to go relax and get some self care in!

I was unsure at first, sometimes you feel a little intimidated with the better things in life and I was very comfortable, Treated very well and more than a great experience, affordable and the best cut shampoo and style I have had in a long long time, Connie was a+ and more a hairstylist that is awesome!

Received cut from a "Master Cutter". She was one of the most " unfriendly" people I have ever met. Never smiled during entire visit. I felt very uncomfortable, made me feel I was imposing on her time! I will return to a previous salonist but not her. Too bad she has no people skills as she does have skills cutting hair. I am pleased with the cut.

Went in for waxing to try a new place and I got Tracy! Her prep work is AMAZING and I felt so taken care of. She was very thorough too. She got herself a new client!

It's nice to know that the employees have so much free time to go on dating sites to mess with people's lives. Hope you get the help you need "Dana" with the twins. Other than that the place seems great

One hour massage was AWFUL. It was closer to half an hour, and I left feeling exactly the same. I was told they had a matte nail polish top coat, and the one they used on me definitely was not. My polish chipped the next day. I also believe they charged me $70 more than they should have. They told me they would mail me out a copy of the bill (why can't it just be emailed?) and they never did. Will never go back

Everyone is friendly and helpful. But my favorite is Kirsten, she has colored my hair with hi-lights 5 times so far and never had a bad experience! She is personable and caring. She discussed my options and helped me make the best decisions for my color. She also gave me the best blow dry ever, every time!
She is professional and is the best stylist I have had there in the 15 years I have been going to Casals’s.
She is worth the trip!

Scheduled my appointment in the morning she said can you come in today at 12: 30? I was getting a color and a cut, I thought that was great and happy I could get in that day. I go and the girl at the desk said your not Scheduled til Thursday! WHAT! I told her what happened and she did get me in and the girls that I got were GREAT. It was.the first time I was there for a while, its.not the same place it used to be. They had no tea that I used to look forward to, no mini massage anymore nothing, it's just another salon if I didn't like the girls so much I may not go back

Much needed relaxation day for this overworked single (but so so proud ;) mother! The staff made my experience absolutely amazing. I was treated so well that I actually purchased a gift certificate for my sister after I was done being pampered! From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was amazing and so sweet. She thoroughly explained the options I had. I never treat myself and they sure did treat me! I would recommend this place for anyone that needs a few hours of bliss and relaxation. I left feeling like a million bucks completely rejuvenated! I will see you guys again next month!

I always get a great cut and color! Elisa listens to what you want, so when you leave her salon you get the wow factor! She’s cheerful and always happy. I also really like the privacy too.

I love this place I usually go to Howland I went to Canfeild this time and was like 15 min late they were understanding I was very surprised she still took me the lady I booked another app with I forget her name I will update later she was awesome and very experienced. I loved my hair?

My massage and facial were very relaxing. Part of the experience from the past is gone which is a little upsetting.

Great experience! I was greeted warmly by the receptionists and staff. I had not been there since moving 12 years ago but immediately remembered all the reasons I love Casals! Tracy is an amazing professional who always gets the color perfect! She is excellent at what she does yet has a sincere caring side that I have missed immensely.a true friend. Her assistant was so kind and no doubt will be a huge asset to Casals as well. Thank you for the genuine warm greeting and fantastic job with my poor 8 month messed up hair! So I schedule this hair makeover appointment a couple of months in Advance with Samantha. I send her pics of what I would like and pics of what my hair looks like so she can know what to expect. I am very excited to change up my look. I go there and we agree to do one base color with highlights around my face to make the look extra! She dyes and washes my hair only to start blow drying it. I thought she will start the highlights on dry hair. Only to tell me in the rudest way possible we are done! I was like what about the highlight? She said not today! In my mind I was trying to give her the benefit of a doubt that maybe it will be too damaging now and we have to wait so I ask ok so when can we do highlight. She goes oh any day! Just not today! I was shocked and I honestly regret not saying something. On top of that they charged me a whopping $185 for the same result I get from a box dye! Only difference is that I do it better! I usually never write reviews but I had to say something here! Very unprofessional and I will for sure be never coming back.

I came in for a simple wash and blow out, took1 hour. The stylist did not greet me with a simple "hey how are you, my name is. ". He put way too much product in my hair, and
did not offer to show me the back of my hair. I wanted a blowout for a wedding the next day and it did not stay straight and looked and felt dirty. Very disappointing

I went in to have my make-up done for an event and was disappointed. 2 girls attempted to do a simple cut crease. They blamed limited eye shadow hues. But both girls lacked basic placement and blending skills.

I was charged $50 for a full make-up job. No lip liner was applied, no contouring was discussed, then I had to request blush. Needless to say, I had to wash my face and work my own magic.

Bob was excellent and made sure to talk about my issues and concerns before he started my massage. This was my second time with him and he is fantastic!

I. I don’t even know where to start. All I wanted were simple curtain bangs. It is a popular hair cut trend right now and I thought they were capable of the cut without a picture but I was wrong. I will give them some credit that they were willing to let me come in again to fix it and give me half of what I paid in gift cards. When I came back the second time, the hairstylist still couldn’t fix the work that was done and was shocked what was done to me. My favorite part of with the second hairstylist was when he asked me how I liked it and half of my hair had layers and the other did not I had to tell him, “I want this side to match the other side” he laughed and said whoops let me get that for you.
The receptionist asked how I liked it while I was leaving and she knew I was upset but I was fed up and left. I’m glad the only thing I like about myself will be messed up for the next 3 months. It looks like I am walking around with a mullet for how bad the bangs are. Also the layers do not line up when I compare my left to my right even after calling out the difference the first time. No idea how, “the best spa in the area” manage to mess up my hair this bad.
