Casey's, Tipp City OH

Bought diesel. Unfortunately, someone had poured a container of a sticky drink and cigarette butts where I needed to stand to operate the pump. Last time, I got someone else's fuel bill, but I got the right receipt. Hoping for better this time.

Error and error in payment system, totally waste of time and they also cause my credit card problems.

9: 50 pm doors locked and can't get fuel Whats the point of having fuel pumps for semis if you can't use them or your employees are to lazy to do their job he was standing behind the counter just looking around

Handed clerk a 20$ to pay for a cookie and beverage, asked for the change on pump#10. It only pumped to 5.60$ so, I went back inside and asked for the other 10$ of gas. I was told to move to another pump (#9) no gas came out. Another clerk came out and said that I only paid a 10$. It is very cold and over 5 mins outside at this point. I am adamant about paying a $20 and after another 5-8 mins another lady comes outside, says sorry. The clerk is new and left without any consolation for my time, discomfort and dare I say racist prejudice I received. I come here often but will now plan to avoid this station.

I stop here several times a week on my way into work. Fred is Troys store biggest asset. Always cheerful and quick. He can take a large line and diminish it in less than two minutes. He will work several checkout lines all at the same time. I enjoy seeing Fred's smiling face when I walk in the door. He greats me with "hello sunshine" every time I come in. Thank you, Fred, for always making my day! You are the best!

Don’t show up a few minutes before closing. They will shut off the pumps before you can get gas. 2/25/23 arrived at 9: 56pm and they turned the pumps off before we could start pumping.

Great place for gasoline and has a fuel island for semi trucks. You can pick up some beer in their beer cave, and the pizza is awesome as well

I went here when they first opened. It was fairly good. Since it's been opened its went down hill. They need a staff rehiring event NOW! Replace the staff get actual adults with experience running the store. Closing the kitchen side all the time makes no sense. Still blaming covid for not being able to cook anything is over and done! Tipp city is full of gas stations! The gas isn't cheaper! The only thing that stands out is the food! When they actually have food it's good! It's mind blowing the person running this location doesn't realize 6 other gas stations are in Tipp city all within 2 miles from each other. You have a full kitchen with lots of food options might want to actually use it and stand out from the competition!
