Horrible customer service told me one price I get there and it's a 100 more to get it out so I go cross street to atm and then come back to a locked door while they are just sitting there laughing looking at me I can't believe that

Products are usually pretty good quality naturally fairly well unfortunately I bought a laptop that didn't work properly and had to return it and I paid for the extended warranty through them and when I got the new one I had to buy another warranty cuz it wouldn't transfer so a little bit up in the air about that part of it but still I do quite a bit of business with them for tools and such and haven't had any problem with any other products

Everyone has been wonderful with customer service but LaToya went the extra mile. She helped me load my tv in my car and I decided to buy a speaker at the last minute she accommodated all my requests. I know how hard customer service can be at times and I really appreciate her extra service. Thank you, I will be back

Great customer service and reliable products! I went here with my husband to purchase an entry-level camera for photography. We asked for help and Grayson kindly made sure we were completely taken care of. He even went the extra mile to give us knowledgeable recommendations, called other stores to inquire about stock, and quickly got us checked out when we made the decision to get the camera (which works like a charm)! We were also allowed to test the camera in the store, which was great. If you go here, talk to Grayson! He’s got you for sure!

I was treated rudely accused of lying and denied a sale after being a faithful customer for 5 plus years. The manager Becky herself talked rudely to myself and my significant other. I'll never spend another dime there, I'd rather pay for a brand new item than further the expansion of such a business.

I will never go back to this company ever again the first time they messed up my fiance's gold chain by the time he got it back and now they sold a TV after he told them that he would be back two weeks prior to pawning the TV that he would be back for it and they clearly sold it and our Xbox never again will I come back to this business and I hope others don't either because they will mess up your property

Would be great if the people working there could pick up a phone and answer questions but can’t be bothered so I will take my money elsewhere and but a ps4 and a xbox1.
