Very rude to first time customers. Sold sterling silver earings as GOLD for $225 and wouldn't make it right. Cashland is just CashAmerica with a different name. Same parent company. I give this place 3 months before it closes its doors permanently.
Very rude! The lady didn’t put a return policy I asked for on a necklace and refused to help me out! Throwing my receipt back at me just very rude and the assistant manager should be fired as well! I’m calling their corporate representative!
If you want to get ripped off when selling something come here, took over 2600$ in merchandise here they offered me the top price of 200$. They then proceeded to lie to me and say they sell everything at half price off retail and can only give people1/4 of the retail price in order to make money. When you look at the prices they are selling stuff for it’s a lie cause most of the stuff they are selling is close to retail prices. You will have a better chance on getting more money selling on Fb marketplace
