I went in on valentines day to get a ring. When i picked one I asked them to test it and the guy at the counter would not test it. He said it was real and that they test ALL of their jewelry for authenticity. The problem is, the ring is FAKE. I called and the manager was very helpful and even replaced my ring with a more beautiful ring. I'm happy

Showed a receipt for a item (generator) that was fairly brand new I put it back in the box I got it from had to go as far as to show proof of purchase showed him all that and the guy still said he thinks I stole it? What was the proof for? I feel like they're profiling
