The manager always takes care of me when I am here.

Some of the other reviews say they so not greet you when you come in and some of the employees do this and some do not. It's normally a very positive environment when the manager is in!

This is one of my favorite locations to visit!

Kyle always treats us right! All of the employees greet us and are kind to us each time we come in. They work with you and this is the best cash America in our area in my opinion due to their customer service!

This is the worst pawn shop in the city in my opinion. I believe that some of the staff take advantage of people just trying to get a loan and they don't care about the customers. Look at all the bad reviews. I have told many people about my experience here and I would say to take your business to another pawn shop. Corporate office needs to look at this location.

Staff lied right to my face they gave me a game system with stickers on it I asked was that the only one available they answered yes I looked around came back up front and there was a customer buying a ps4 without stickers ps I was the first customer now I don’t trust them for not being honest

Customer service is terrible i just called trying to get the price for42 inch tv's and was told to download a app to get prices

Store is great and the ppl were very friendly, i will recommend this store for anyone in of quick cash or need a deal.

You guys are definitely deserving of the tons of bad reviews about your shop but obviously don't care considering the staff was rude as hell so I'm assuming it was the same for all these other people. Maybe you should consider changing that or at least consider giving them some pointers on good customer service.

I would highly recommend NOT going to this shop. Price quotes are never what they seem. Poor business ethics. I'm just very disappointed in the lack of proffessionalism, if you're going to practice poor business ethics let your customers know before they waste time.

The customer service you receive is terrible, i cant believe these ppl work with the public and keep their jobs. They really dont like helping but they love taking your money. They rush you out the door after a purchase not knowing if you want something more.they gave me the wrong product 3x's.im fed up with spending monwy with ungrateful stores.

My old laptop went out and I needed something quick and affordable to use, I went into this location and they had the EXACT same laptop for a really good price. Staff greeted me as I came in and they all were friendly. They have tons of other electronics too and as well as jewelry, 10/10 would shop here again the future.
