7Love doing business with this place. Josh the Manager is a great guy to deal with. He's fair with you and very clear. The other associates in the store are very pleasant to have wait on you. They are quick and very helpful. I am a top customer of this store and I believe that this is the best Cashland location to do business with. Either selling or buying or getting a loan, it's all great here in Hamilton.
This is the only pawn shop I will go to they are amazing! Josh, the new manager is awesome!

Well to start off with they ripped me off on a lot of things that I've brung in there but then they tried to tell me that something is not real gold that says solid gold on in there complain English and then cops and attitude when I bring it back in to show them the girl there had no experience whatsoever comes back and tells me all of my jewelry is fake worst experience ever that guy Josh does not know how to be a manager
Josh is an amazing manager. I left there with my TV and when I got home the screen was broken. I did not cause the damage and he handled it in the most professional way. He let me pick any TV in the store that I wanted. I could of left with a TV that was the same value as my $700 TV. But I chose a $300 TV because it wasn't the price I was worried about. I just wanted a TV that worked. He even told me I could pawn the TV he gave me for the same amount as the TV that was broken. Love this place. Always treated fairly. Thanks again. You all are very nice!

Love this place i do t know what anyone else thinks but there prices are on point and the people are super friendly and easy to work with I go there for most anything I want
