Cassady's Hilltop Cabins, Logan OH

Best cabin we’ve found in Hocking Hills. Never disappointed, never let down, everything always perfect and amazingly comfortable. Highly recommend Twin Oaks for all your needs. Only thing is the parking can get tricky lol so convoy when possible and during winter months, you would need 4x4 vehicle. Pictures on website don’t ever show justice lol

It was a beautiful cabin but it was Missing alot that he said it had and the toilet broke when we're there n it was so unsteady and there were point of the floor I thought I was going fall through the shower is so small.u have to aleast be 4 foot tall.cabin was not taken well care of. Will never rent a cabin from these people again

If we didn't have a large group, I'd have checked out right away. We rented The Cottage. There was a funky, musty smell in both cabins, the floors were dirty, laundry left in the dryer, fridge was gross, half of the lights and outlets didn;t work.neither did direct TV, (told owner about this.he was more concerned with his payment than anything) the grill was disgusting and a giant wolf spider crawled out of the jets of the tub that I assume weren't clean. Firewood was wet and smell bundles, property was very unkempt. We made the best of it, but I would not stay here again.

I can't believe I didn't take any pictures of the inside of this cabin! It was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable and all the nature around was breathtaking. We stayed over the 4th of July. It was nice have a game room and a movie theater. We enjoyed the hot tub and the side TV room in the evening when the kids were sleeping. My parents have stayed here before but this was our first time and it definitely won't be the last! I actually wanted to ask the owner for the building plans cause it was spacious and well built.

We enjoyed our weekend away at Cassady's Cabins in the View. Everything we needed was there. No complaints.
We will be booking again.

My husband and I stayed for two nights at the View. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but you definitely pay for what you get. You are a short drive down 664 to Hocking Hills, and about 15 minutes from Route 33. The hot tub was really nice and had a decent view. No stovetop, but there are a couple burners provided that you could cook on. I brought my own griddle so I did not bother with the provided cookware. There is no internet, which was to be expected, and the cell service is spotty at best. Again, to be expected with the area you are staying in.
The shower is small. I am a short person, and I had to squat to have the water hit my face. You also only get about 5 minutes of hot water. The bathroom mirror is also low, but they have a mirror hanging on the door. The bathroom is also in the bedroom, so if you are not comfortable peeing practically next to your SO while they sleep, probably not the place for you.
The owner was really nice. We were unsure of where to go when we got there, so we just proceeded to our cabin. He rode out in the rain and greeted us at our car. We lost power on the second day from a storm, and he came out to check on us after a couple hours and lit the propane heater for us because we were unaware that it could be lit without power.
You are not getting anything fancy with this cabin. I picked it because it was the cheapest one with a hot tub. It was a decent place for us to stay and relax for a bit, nice and quiet and very close to most of the big trails around Hocking Hills. We did not have issues with bugs, but I did see one large spider hiding in a corner as we were getting ready to leave. If you are tall, the bathroom could definitely be an issue. Overall we liked it and would probably return if we wanted another cheap getaway!

My hubby and I spent a few days at the View last week for my birthday. Very private and secluded. Best thing is we didn't have to bring anything except the food to cook and our clothing. We for sure will be back! Well worth the price!

This isn’t a review of the cabins but their wood supply at the bottom of the driveway. It’s very deceiving. You put your cash in and go to pull your wood and realize that it’s 1/2 the size of regular split firewood. But you are now stuck with it because you have already deposited your cash. Then you leave, pull into
The pirate pizza place and buy more firewood. You get twice the firewood for the same amount of money. Do not waste your money on their mini firewood. It’s not worth it.

We stayed at the Trail. I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience! I cannot wait to come back. Super clean, very friendly and so secluded!

I rented the Cottage for my nephews graduation gift. This property is beautiful and secluded if you like your privacy. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond with any issues or questions we had. Can not wait to rebook for the end of summer!

We stayed in The Trail cabin over the Memorial Day weekend. It was fabulous! The location is extremely private and the Owner thought of every detail. From firewood and starter, to providing corn hole boards and bags, the Owner was extremely response during our stay. Plus they have pond for fishing to provide an additional activity onsite. Overall, we couldn't be happier! We're actually planning another trip up. To anyone that's looking for a rental cabin in Hocking Hills, I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I originally reserved "The View" cabin. Upon our arrival we were given the "Twin Oaks" cabin. We would typically not reserve something that size for just the 2 of us. It was a great treat and we enjoyed every bit of it. Thank You so much for all of the hospitality! We loved it & we plan on revisiting in the future. Everything was clean and well organized and So Comfortable. We did not have any concerns while we were there.

During this stay we occupied the view cabin. This is my second time staying in this cabin and 3rd time staying. Yes the toliet is wobbly, shower in small, sink is short. We seen 1 beetle looking thing. But. I didnt have to bring towels, dishes, seasoning, blankets, trash bags, paper towels, these things alone were very appreciated. You cant get a hotel room with a private hot tub for this price. Over all I am pleased!

We rented this cabin this year for New Years and had a wonderful time.only thing I would suggest is to have WiFi, we had no cell service with att.and hot tub could have been cleaner, water was milky. Will be back in the spring to enjoy all outside and the lake

Love, Love these cabins! We have stayed in the Trail & twin oaks. Both were amazing. The owner lives on the property & was available for anything we needed. I believe he built all the cabins himself! We never saw an overabundance of bugs, I bet if you made the owner aware he would handle it asap.

My 2 year old can sum up our cabin experience, "bugs, bugs everywhere". Every day it was a challenge to kill all of the bugs that came into the cabin. We expected there to be some, but the amount that we killed was ridiculous! Aside from the bugs, the beds were uncomfortable, the ceiling fans were loud, our fridge didn't want to stay cool, one of the power strips had melted sockets, and the shower wasn't good. The only positive things about the cabin was the privacy. I would not recommend staying here. We definitely won't be back.
