Cassano's Pizza King, New Lebanon OH

One of the worse.pore customer service, was given the wrong order, and it had a food allergy issue on top of that. Laugh at when I brought it back. The so called shift lead said they could remake it but would take 45 mins. Ridiculous it takes 3-5 days to refund payment when they can take it in seconds. Was sent to the manger of the store and they didn’t even pick up the phone. Will never go here again and I will definitely be telling all my friends, family and people I know to stay away.

They stopped letting you get different items on each half of a sub! They were rude at the call center! The actual store in New Lebanon was nice.

Disgusting! Terrible food! Terrible management! Don't risk your health eating here! Cold food time after time!

Man oh man. One of your employees I think his name was Tracy made my pizza last week. His southern accent made my day. He got it out to me so fast despite being understaffed and busy. That pizza was so good it should have been illegal. Yall have stars working there.

Generally a good experience. Sometimes there's inconsistencies in taste, and often brutal delivery times.

I think its terrible that they charge 5.00 for delivery. And the delivery drivers don't get it. Everyone needs to refuse the fee and stop ordering anything. Pick up, delivery, or dine in

They usually forget something, which I get credited for, but still aggravating. Food is always delivered hot and within the time frame.

We were never asked if we were dining in or carrying out, when we placed our order. When our subs were ready, we were told to leave (not asked) because the dining room was closed and time was needed to clean it. Every table was clean except the one we had been sitting at for 20 minutes, waiting on our food. When we got home and sat down to eat, every single one of the four subs ordered was wrong. Even the plain ham and cheese sub was wrong. We were given a plain steak hoagie instead.

We ordered a large deluxe to go! It was great as we remembered it to be! It had been many years since we had had Cassano's. Very good! Love the thin crispy crust!

Clean lobby. Quick and friendly service! Enforcing masks and social distancing for employees and guests. Normal wait times depending on how busy they are. Never had a problem

Poor sheep. They made me put a mask on for some fictitious reason. Said something about losing her job if I didn’t, manager confirmed. I felt sorry for them, really did.

Had an absolutely tremendous time at this cassano's, i was always a lil iffy about my visits there until i came in yesterday. The staff was orderly and cleaning, my sub was even done and delicious in 15 mins. My last trip i went to the one on miller and it took them 45 mins for my order to come out

The service is always swift, good ambience, super friendly staff members. I will visit here again when I am here.

Ordered pizza and a sub last night 12/24/2020 from New Lebanon ohio location. Food arrived cold. Called to ask for a refund of my 31 dollar order and they give me a 8 dollar credit towards next order. What a joke will never order there again

None of the food that was supposed to come with marinara came with it. I had to go to pick it up myself because the delivery driver literally just said, "Oh well, it doesn't cost anything" instead of offering to fix the problem.
When I got to the restaurant to pick up the marinara I then saw the delivery driver in the kitchen start talking to someone about me. HOW IS THAT APPROPRIATE? ! TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE WHEN THEY PICK UP SOMETHING YOU FORGOT?

Not sure who fixed my small pepperoni, sausage, & mushroom pizza today, but it was awesome, not very greasy, pizza sauce was just the way I like it.

Wonderful delight. What made today's expierience great was the customer service I give it a solid 9/10
