Cassano's Pizza King, Fairborn OH

The absolute WORST pizza ever! We ordered the pizza at 7: 21pm did not arrive until almost 8: 45pm …it was COLD and the worst pizza we’ve ever had! Biggest waste of almost $30

Pizza was super good but they are always forgetting our pop and this time we asked for a pop and didn't get it they said we didn't ask for 1

To say the least, I’m very disappointed. I had to wait over an hour on my food and when I got it it was cold. An hour would be acceptable if the food was at least warm but NO! It only makes me wonder what was going on with my food and why it took so long to get. I won’t be back.

Went to this establishment a couple of days ago. Upon arriving I was not greeted and that was okay. I waited for 5-10 minutes before my order was even taken and that was okay. I waited another 40 minutes before getting my food and that was OKAY. The staff in the kitchen looked overworked and like they needed a little help so I understood. I checked my pizza and it was wrong. I had ordered a large deluxe with no mushroom and it had mushroom on it. Not the biggest deal, but after waiting for so long I was disappointed. She offered to remake it which I accepted. This time it only took 20 minutes but she came out again with the pizza and told me it still had mushroom on it and she wasn’t going to give me the pizza but only refund my money. What? ! I asked to speak to the manager, she pointed to a table in the dining room. The manager was sitting at a table playing video games on his laptop. I see why this store is such a joke now and don’t blame the lady behind the counter. I took my refunded money and went to skyline. Skyline got my order right, so I’d recommend skipping this place and going to skyline.

We did a pick-up order at thr Fairborn location. The lady at the register with purple hair was rude and too lazy to get change so she gave my husband 80 cents in nickels. He waited 20 additional minutes after he paid and the food was in the warmer the entire time; also missing food. With COVID they want the food back for replacement. I wonder what the health department thinks about that.

It took them an hour to get the order to us.then it was cold, burnt and nasty. I called them and was told to take it back to the store. When i arived they looked at it and said it was acceptable they did not want to give a refund.then offered to give me half a refund. I called the 800 number again then they refunded me in full.horrible i had nearly 2 hours in thos mess.ill never order from this place again

I had a very rude encounter at this place. A young lady named Ellie took my order and was very rude. She refused to take my $20 bill because she said she had no change due to the bank being closed and told me I’d have to run over to Starbucks to get change like the rest of the customers were doing. I thought this was absurd, but luckily had my card on me! She was even so bold as to tell me I ordered a nasty pizza. Weird place, weird service.

DO NOT eat here. During the current pandemic they have employees not wearing masks or gloves and the dining room was FILTHY. This looks like a hotspot for roaches and fruit flies, but not for your hard earned money!

This is by far the worst Cassano’s in the Dayton area. Rude staff, and their pizza is hardly ever made good or correctly. I worked at Cassano’s and I know that this location doesn’t make their pizzas correctly every time. They get orders wrong a lot and they don’t make your pizza how you specifically ask. It’s hit or miss at this location and most of the time it’s miss. Probably 80/20 on the bad side. Don’t bother go somewhere else, especially on the days the GM isn’t there. I’ve had some alright food from here during day shift on occasion but not even that was right every time. Inconsistent.

I am lucky to have Cassanos in my town, it has been here as long as I can remember. Many nice memories when I was a little girl and it was Cassanos pizza night. Love the pizzas especially the deluxe.

They don’t deliver 5 miles away to yellow springs but deliver to Enon which is further! What an absolute joke this location is.

Didnt even wanna give a 1 star. I have given this location more than enough chances to change my mind. This time im 100% done. Always more than a 30 minutes late. Keep in mind wait time in general is already almost a hour. Pizza is either not correct or cold. Im not a fan of waiting a hr and half for a cold pizza order that cost 30 plus dollars or more.

Placed order on website, said 45-55 minutes. After 90 minutes I called and they don’t have local number, was on hold for a good 10 minutes, told it would be another 15-20 minutes. Blamed it on their own website. Than offered me a credit of $11 for my next order. Canceled my order, will not be ordering from them again.

Wasn't real impressed with our pizza. Deluxe with mushrooms on 1/2 only. Loaded with peppers and hardly any mushrooms. There was mushrooms on 5 pieces of a large pizza. Wonder how many would have been on the whole thing?
Must have been trying to use up the red and green peppers cause it was over loaded with them. Needless to say it wasn't a balanced pizza.
We didn't have to wait long to get it.
They need to sharpen their knives, wasn't cut very well either. Had to tare it appart.
I never knew the place was there, it's hiding behind the coffee shop.

Their website needs work. When I reported to the store they said they know. The call center Wow the phone or the staff needs work. Trying to say the can't hear anything. Get it together because other than that the pizza is good. It's just being able to order one is a huge inconvenience

Worst experience. Put my order in at 9: 45 and got my order at 11: 40 pm.no direct line to call the store. That's dangerous call center stops taking calls at 11: 30.
Plus the order was wrong.

The pizza was good. I also got an order of chicken crisps for &6.99. I was very upset when I seen the extremely small amount that was given for that price. You should be ashamed of yourself for even having the gall to give that to someone. Never again.

Always good service and good pizza at this location. If you're not from the area, I highly recommend giving Cassano's a try. A thin crust pizza with an amazing taste. I prefer it over all major pizza franchises.

I meet with friends this great spot a lot! This is my favorite place to eat. I visit this place regularly. The cooking is very tasty, the staff members are helpful and the price is affordable. I like going in this spot over a rich dinner.
