Cassano's Pizza King, Dayton OH

It was awesome food nice and hot and the young man that took care of us was very polite thank you Cassano's on Brown Street Dayton Ohio

Done with this place! Two times in a row they messed up my order. Sick of it. I'm just going to order dominos from now on.

Ordered My Sister her favorite BBQ pizza for her vacation. She’s been a very faithful pizza king fan for over 40 years.
No extra sauce we ask for, cold breadsticks,
In this COVID 19.we were ask if we had over 75% of our order left to give back to the driver.
After cold, hard breadsticks, no extra cheese we paid for.no extra sauce.
Horrible Customer Service!
I’m blown away that our family has ordered this same order over 40 years.
Such a let down to welcome my sister to the area I live in!
I’m livid about this & I will not order from this area again!
Not to mention, now, I have to make my sister wait another hour to eat!
After waiting 1 hour &20 minutes for the 1st EPIC FAIL!

They wouldn't let us pay with credit card over phone n i was ordering for my brother n girlfriend that was picking it up.

Crappy service. We ate inside and they brought us pizza that was sitting out for a while and not very warm. Didn’t get our order right. They no longer put out salt packets and when we asked for a branch they only gave us a few. They acted like they were put out. Pizza and appetizer was weak estfor the price.

The facility was clean and my food was ready. The manager was teaching a new employee which was good to see. My pizza was good as usual

They were not busy. First time that I ever visited this particular store.all the other ones are much faster and better. I was surprised because it was right next to the campus. Always travel to Dayton and the first thing I do is pick up a pizza from Cassano's when I land.
The location on Miller Lane is excellent

Best pizza around by far, no matter what location they have the best consistency each and every time. And the best value, I love the texting club, a couple times week I get special promotions on lunch specials and dinner. The restaurants are always clean and the employees are friendly and professional.

Awful worst food I've had for as long as I can think. The driver beat on the door like he was the police and was rude. I called in and they offered to remake the order than never showed up with the food. I'm filing a complaint with their corporate office and will never in my entire life eat there again.

I was in town from Columbus and was told to grab a pizza from this place. It was really good, minus the salty tasting crust. Not sure why they cut the pieces so small either, but I'd definitely eat it again!

Not usually one to complain and I usually like cassanos. But this time it was incredibly late and very mushy/completely cold on the edges. Like pizza that had been sitting there for a really long time. Spent $30 on a bunch of soggy cold food.

If u want your pizzas made right make sure u order when the cook Nicky is there. She is awesome and u can request for her to make your order when ever she is working!

I am new to Dayton. I've tried two other pizza joints, and I must say, Cassano's is definitely my favorite! My 4-year old daughter (who is extremely picky) has already ate so much of it, lol! The Pizza was delivered hot & on time too! I wish my order would have came with napkins & plates, considering we just moved in, but still, I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Delivery time for a salad and a sub was 40 min. We waited 2 hours and called because our food was still not delivered, we will not be ordering again.

I was on hold for 15-20 minutes after they dropped off my food and here I sit still waiting for them to bring my food. I'd call back but I'd be on hold with the 888 number for another 15 minutes! They need to post store numbers and cut the middle man. I'll order elsewhere next time.

Bad food bad service and a horrible drink selection is what this place has to offer. I have seen the manager drop a sub on the floor and then pick it up and blow on it before he wrapped it up and sent it out with a delivery order and to top it off was laughing about it. I'll not order anything from this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

. The pizza was lukewarm and parts of the crust tasted like it just came out of the freezer. I ordered it in person and waited for it to be done and I drove only 1.7 miles home

The staff is always friendly and service is always awesome. Pizza is always made fresh and hot,
