Cassano's Pizza King, Huber Heights OH

Whoever made our large big cheese and large old timer pepperoni pizza yesterday on 09/09/2020, those were the best made pies we've ever had from Cassano's. They were cooked perfectly and the big cheese actually had a big amount of cheese! Whoever was in the kitchen yesterday, keep it up

This store needs a lot of help. Order a half and half lite sauce no pep on the half you couldn't even take a bit with all the sauce on it. Manger was very unprofessional give atitude because I ask for a 2 oz cup of Italian dressing, she said you need to order online we you do your order. Well your online order don't give you that option only thing you can get is the pack of lite Italian. Told manger I would pay for it she said no just do it right next time, manger goes and gets it throws it in the bag didn't put the lid on tight so it spilled everywhere didn't even say thank you if you want me to do stuff right then how about you take control of your store and make orders right, but you can't check them since you set at the desk on your cell phone. After all that pizza went in the trash and ordered from another pizza place.

You will get more stars when you figure out what lite sauce means! This is becoming unacceptable

We have ordered 3x this week, Thank you Cassano's Pizza King. The Super Deluxe is great, if you can call in, ask for well done

Food is good, delivery service is pretty garbage. I ordered a small pizza (if you look on their menu it costs $6.70) and the person I called for delivery said I would need to pay $8.00 for my pizza to be delivered. It NEVER says that for delivery on the online Cassano’s menu.
Anyways, I decided to let it slide. I thought that shouldn’t be too bad as I would just pay the same ten dollars, with $2 for the tip. He then goes on telling me I would also have to order the pizza with a side, such as salad or chicken. He then tries to charge me $10-$12.45 for the pizza plus the sides I never even wanted! I don’t know if this is their way to get more money off of customers, or if this was just the employee, but they really need to get their facts straight on prices, because there is no way I am paying almost twice the price for a $6.70 pizza!

Would certainly recommend visiting this place. Excellent mood, fresh food, great customer service. Kudos.

Customer service horrible we walked in and it's like we weren't there at all. There making pizza no gloves and wiping the cheese on the counter on to the pizzas. Horrible just horrible

I order my pizza well done because i have sugrey and i hve to have the dough really well cooked and they never get it right i aways have to go back and have it recooked

Ordered a pizza this evening and was quoted a 1 hour wait. Called to find out where our pizza is because it's now an hour and twenty minutes. Manager couldn't or wouldn't give us an honest answer. Highly disappointed in the service. Phone staff and managers need retrained!

I picked up an order purchased by my employer in November. The food was great and I was even helped to the car with the pizza. However, I was not given a receipt upon payment. When I attempted to contact the district manager, Kate, to request a copy of my receipt I never received a call back. I called at least 4 times over the course of about a week and never received a call back. Poor customer service at the management level.

We ordered the big 60. We were not impressed. I'm old school. Been eating Cassano's for 40 plus years. The classic thin crust is much better!

I grew up on cassano's and they have a wonderfully
unique, salted crust on the bottom of their pizza squares that is simply one of a kind. Cassano's is a Dayton classic.

Haven't done business with Vic n Mom for awhile, as I live in Huber. Yes, that store sucks. 499-king's not much better. I remember more dead stores than live ones (N. Main at Fairview, UV Mall, Salem near old Kmart, Salem Mall). Why are they still in business, you ask? Simple answer. If you can find a warm thin crust pepperoni made to spec, you'll discover their old slogan still holds true.la prova e' nel gusto (the proof is in the taste). Ask for extra napkins!

No stars. I have ordered pizza from here 2 weeks in a row. I know fool me once.anyway here is the review they deserve. Now this is NOT about all Cassano's only the Huber Heights store. They are the worst I have ever had the pleasure in some 30 years. I ordered a large pep and sausage with extra sauce and an order of mozzarella sticks. The pizza was cold and dry and did not have extra sauce and the marinara was forgotten. I called the number and they assured me the marinara would be on its way. It has been 8 days as of the 25 and no marinara. Yesterday against my better judgment (she wanted it) we ordered the same minus the sticks for the game. Guess what? We received delicious warm pepperoni NO SAUSAGE and NO EXTRA SAUCE. If you can't get a simple order correct then start flipping burgers (Huber store). I called the number once again. They assured me a new pizza would arrive shortly (almost 2 hrs later) and all will be fine. They also connected me to the district manager's voice mail who has yet to return my call (more to come). A new and extremely dry and cold pizza arrived 20 min after the game. The Huber store is by far the worst franchise in the Dayton area. Judging by the lack of response from the district manager no wonder this store is so dysfunctional. I suppose she has so many complaints she hasn't had the time to respond to mine. I will make updates as this situation develops. Will be driving to the Beavercreek store from now on when I want warm correctly made pizza.

Can I just say once and for all that pineapple IS a pizza topping? Cassano's has a killer Hawaiin pizza which I highly recommend. If you are going to get one pizza from here, make it the Hawaiin (but let's be honest, why would you only get one?)!

My mom is not physically well so, I was talking to the crew there and the young man had a few loses himself personally and he made my mom the best pizza and it meant a lot to because she has diet restrictions but this once we both wanted pizza, Cassano's and it was great two thumbs up. For service and quality.

Every time we ordered from this Brandt pick location we ALWAYS BURN it n we ask every time not to burn it n they always send the wrong pizza we ALWAYS have to wait. Your customer service is HORRIBLE! I'm so DISAPOINTED! Our money spends elsewhere. We DON'T have to deal with this! YOU SHOULD COMPENSATE FOR YOU'RE NEGLIGENT! FED UP. YOUR NOT GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT N YOUR NEVER GETTING ANOTHER PENNY FROM US AGAIN! I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU TO THE BBB N MORE! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Rude Manager there. Go to any other Cassanos. Dirty old atmosphere dont know what happend here? Pizzas are soggy delivered. Corp needs to pop in there at night.

I ordered a pizza from here yesterday and when it came, it had slices taken from it. It was rearranged to appear as though all of it was there. When I called them back up, they accused me of doing it myself. Won't be eatting from them again.

Order over 14 times & they still CAN"T get my order correct i just want a pepperoni pizza with salt on the bottom that is all & they can't even do that. Then the call center LIED to me & then insulted my intelligence. I DON'T RECOMMEND!
