Cassano's Pizza King, Middletown OH

This place is obviously one of the most pleasant place in the area. Every time I visit this place I am deeply happy. They hold their high level service and the topmost level of meals they offer. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pizza last night and the delivery driver was rude with my wife, clearly did not know where he was going and, after an hour an a half, I guess he gave up and chose not to deliver it without telling us. No problem, just a bad driver I thought. We called in and were told our order would be remade and delivered. This would have been fine if it had showed up.we never got a call saying it wouldnt be delivered so we stayed up late, waiting for nothing. That was about 3 hours between the time we ordered it and when we gave up waiting. Today, I am told it will take 3 to 5 business days to refund my money. They processed the order without a signature and didnt even deliver our food. Worst experience possible.

We always love the pizza but when we ordered tonight at 8: 53 and still haven’t received it when it’s now 10: 32 and we’ve called twice to check on it. Neither time was given an answer of why it was so late or any special offers so we have just canceled it as of now. Horrible service. Called Cousin Vinnys instead. Update: As I was writing this review the driver pulls up to the house and then just drives off. If anything they should still dropped off the pizza seeing that it was almost 2 hours late now at this point

Don't know what happened but I have $40 worth of food that's not even edible. So disappointing! The service and quality is really sub-par lately.

If you're in middletown and decide to get a pizza this should absolutely be the first place on the list! Best by far

A cook I believe came out of the kitchen very dirty without an apron on to use the bathroom. His shirt had no less than 40 stains on it. Its pizza I know, but he was dirty like he was a butcher! They used to be nice but I dont know what happened. Now they are just a rude bunch of people that clearly could care less about customer satisfaction. This is one of my favorite pizza because of the taste and I'm aware of that you cant always get folks to do the right thing. But to be clean, while around food, should be common sense.

Burnt and not enough taste with a lot of extra sauce in the middle and around the rest of the pizza it didn't have enough flavor

Love this place, great environment and friendly staff, delicious food always quick and accurate. The shift manager that works evenings is so courteous and friendly and everyone has a great vibe.

We ordered a pizza from here before they closed, gone to pick it up and the staff wouldn't let us in to pay for it bc they were closed so they won't be seeing any of my cash for sure

Pizza was good. Little pricey but had a coupon or wouldn't have gone there. That store needs updating, run down and TVs dont work. It's a shame. Like the pizza but is overpriced. They think a deal is always including pepperoni, so people like other toppings you know

The best pizza of all time. Staff is always very friendly. Facility is always kept clean. Don't forget to ask for garlic spread!

This store has had a manager change recently, and you can tell the differences, getter service more freindly personnel. Thanks for making us feel welcome

It was alright, it's not better than New York pizza tho lol but im going to give it 5 stars bc I might become a new employee at Cassano's Pizzeria Hopefully they show me love

Called in order waited 20 minutes to go pick it up then when I got there they said I didn't call in my order but I had already paid for it and then acted like I wasn't even there and waited 25 more minutes to get my pizza and it was greasy nasty and I specifically asked light very light on the grease oil / whatever it is they use nothing like the old Cassano's

We ordered over $50 worth of pizza back on January 8th and they messed up our order. They assured us that the next time we order there would be a credit on our account. We called this evening to place and order and was told by (Heather) that we DID NOT HAVE ANY CREDIT ON FILE? WTH. Extremely disappointed, your word is who you are Casano’s. Dissatisfied customer here.

Have only used them a handful of times. They are never very punctual. Tonight they couldnt find my apartment, clamied to have knocked, didnt have the courtesy to call me. I had to call them. I hung up because when you order pizza at 8: 21 p.m, at 10 does it really even matter.

Ordered 1 med pizza it tasted great, but looked at my bank account today an seen I have 2 different amounts being charged to my card from them. So I call the store and they transfer me to the district manager to leave a message with him. I am yet to hear from anyone about their screw up. Never will I go back.

Perfectly made pizza! Great price & was hot when we got it. Delivery guys were nice as well.
