They never answer the phone and don't call or reschedule appointments when they are closed for the day.

They can not get me in for a mouth and half. So they tell me to talk to nurse no answer so I leave a message and no call back. 2 days later I call and leave message and again no call back. Someone needs to get that office in shape. The only thing that saves them is there are no other Drs. Maybe I should take it further and contact Medicare

Go to ER for pneumonia and got treated with my discharge stating call Caughman next day to stay monitored. I call to just hear cant get me in until April but theres other Drs around I could call and possibly get in. Why have a PCP? So unprofessional and not caring!

This place is a joke. Dr Chen is an embarrassment to not only Blanchard Valley but to Findlay as well. Very unprofessional.

Came early to my scheduled appointment, was told to sign in and then ignored until 25min after my scheduled time. Then was told by my nurse that the doctor would be longer because I was extremely late to my appointment. If you can wait try looking elsewhere for a doctor.

My visit is excellent everytime i go they are very respectful and caring for their patients highly recommend dr huffman and april

Normally we have a very good experience here, but we just had a rather stressful visit today. There were two young girls from the reception area that were disrespectful toward me as a parent. One of them even interfered when I was trying to get my son to put his shoes back on by luring him to the stickers despite me having just asked him to do that first task. No apologies for any of the unconveniences they caused and stared at me uncomfortably whenever I tried to get my boys to cooperate after the girl kept distracting them. I was very frustrated and angry by the time we left and I really hope the staff returns to better behavior next time we have an appointment there.

Rating edited 3/18 I would give them 1 star but there is a few docs there that are really good. The problem continues to be management with 1 or 2 not so nice doctor's. Mid 2017 ER visit with kid for ear Infection, scheduled with her normal doctor, Dr. Chen. They rescheduled it the day before, nearly 2 weeks after ER visit we see Dr. Chen and the ear Infection is gone, I step out of the room to let my kid change and over hear the nurse and Dr. Chen conversation about the visit and how WE wasted THEIR time, this after THEY rescheduled the appointment. I complained and got the general attitude of 'so what? ' From management, then begain the reschedules of my appointments and denying of medication refills without a doctor visit which they would constantly reschedule, the culmination of which ended with me in ER for exasperated asthma and dangerous blood pressure levels. There is petty people there play dangerous games with people's lives and they get away with it too, I'm staying away.

3 out of 4 appointments were canceled by Tracy. My prescription was out of refills and she would not refill unless I made an appointment so I did n still no refill. Had to go to ER my blood pressure was 185/105 stroke level. I need blood pressure medicine not pain killers. I changed doctors she's very incompetent to put a patient in danger.

This place is a joke if you have young children and you’re going to the paediatric department do not get Dr. Chin she is not a good doctor a joke.when I moved found out my daughter was asthmatic and had water in her lungs and she told me there was nothing to worry about. I’m glade I moved then everything that looks like a rash she says it’s always eczema when it’s not She needs to go back to med school for.the dental place there a joke as well u have to wait weeks until there Monthly schedule is up and when you call back from the day before there full and have to wait longer.

Pretty bad. Some of the Drs there are not very nice in particular one male Dr. His bedside manner is terrible. A Dr should make a patient feel better. This mean piece of humanty's remarks were so scathing as to the patient's (me) physical condition and financial standing that I left in tears. Also long long wait times. Have an appt? You better clear your calendar for half the day. You need a refill for a prescription? Your Pharmacy will need to fax multiple requests and you will probably run out of meds before they get around to authorizing refills. Stay far away from here.

Always treated with respect by all here and Dr. Schultz is a great GP doctor. If h e wasn't already full I would recomend h I'm to everyone.

The Dr.s don't seem to know exactly what to do most of the time. And the person who schedules the appts.is pretty rude ALL of the time. Overall I had a bad experience at this office. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Very quick in and out. Tracy is a very kind lady and listens when I talk. I do think if office ours 8 AM they should answer the phone by *;15.

One place u would not want to go, long waiting times and if you refuse some of which u think is correct the Dr will ask u to get another pratice.

Caughman Health Center is an embarrassment to the Blanchard Valley Health Care System. I have been there twice and both times the staff has been indifferent and rude. They ignore the patients and make them feel that they are being bother by them. Blanchard Valley Health Care System needs to appoint a responsible person to train the staff on professional patient service. The staff needs to be given intense training and the INCOMPETENT ELIMINATED!

I've seen 2 doctors here and they have always been understanding and kind. McCarthy takes the time to listen and I've never felt like she's rushed through my time with her.

Had no problems there. Was in and out in a little over an hour. Dr Tracy Brubaker listened to my ailments and was very thorough and nice! Meds prescribed were no problem either.

I went to the OB-GYN office because my doctors office could not see me on short notice. I told the receptionist my situation when I made my appointment and everything was set up. She quoted me a price of $50 over the phone. Once I got into the office the Dr.had an intern with her which made me uncomfortable. She proceeded to give me a lecture that they are not a "1 stop shop" and if she was going to agree to see me that day I would have to switch practices. It was an urgent matter and she brought me to tears with the whole situation so she ended up seeing me that day. Just what a girl needs, tears in an OB-GYN office. When I got done to pay I was told that the bill was $110 and when I mentioned the quote of $50 over the phone she went and checked and said that the $50 would be the initial payment I could be billed for the rest. Once I got the bill it was an additional $85 ($135 total, and this does not include the lab fees!) It was a horrible experience, I will have my children on my kitchen table before going back to this office. It seems like a medical walmart to me. You can get everything at the Caughman Clinic (physician, daycare, OB-GYN, therapy) but the service is terrible. Go to the ER before this clinic!
