Cavaliers Team Shop, Cleveland OH

Love the gear but just to expensive for my budget ($150) for a jersey. I know that's the going price but still a little too pricey for me.

Went to the game last evening against the Clippers, was excited that I would be able to visit the team shop and FINALLY get a customized jersey for my brother for his birthday, considering the price is high at 140 for a customized jersey, I had visited the website and it said that there was a 30 off customized jersey sale. So while at the team shop I was told by the associate that they would not be able to honor the promotion that it is only available on the website.but on the website there was not any form of restrictions or shown that it was an online only offer. I was not pleased, considering the amount of money over the course of the season i have spent in that arena. Shame they would not do the customer service route of taking care of me and honoring it. It puts a bad taste in my mouth. I will be attending more games in the future, but unfortunately the team shop will no longer gain anymore of my hard earned money in the team shop. Mediocre product on the floor i guess runs to mediocre customer service within the organization.such a shame.

I live in ND, ordered two jerseys for the BOGO sale. Received them, saw that the Sexton jersey had a torn thread and weird area on the D in Cleveland. I emailed the support, then reached out to the live support to let them know I emailed them, and they said they will review it and get back to me the next day- and they followed through. They’re fixing the issue, and did so respectfully. They seemed to genuinely feel bad, and that’s very appreciated. Shout out to Jessica for helping me get this resolved!

Very busy (as expected) after the game. Great deals (2 hats, 2 hoodies and a t shirt for $85). Staff was very helpful even though they were crazy busy. Great experience all together.

Fun crew! Found what I wanted, in out done gone! Picked up a nice pink hoodie at a low spring special price. Happy chappy!

We got what we were looking for the guy working helped me look for the right size. Good team store for last minute shopping before a game.

On Fox8 news Wednesday it was said that on Friday that you can buy the Cavs new blackout gear. Went to the Cavs team shop Friday morning during black Friday hours and was told that you can only buy the blackout gear just before the game starts. So if I wanted to get the items I would have to come back before the game starts. Also, if you are having a black Friday sale, why wasn't anything on sale.

I order two hats the email say it would be ready for shipping that same day. Well come to find out it takes 10 to 12 days to process online orders. I was told so many b.s yet they had enough items in there store the whole week to meet the demand of the crowds. Yet people who order online who did not want to stand in line have to wait three weeks for what they order? Yeah I will never order anything or buy anything from the Cavs ever again. Nice job dropping the ball online orders cavaliers
