Ben did a great job of showing us the different types of frames and mattresses available and my husband and I were completely satisfied with what we ended up purchasing. Phenomenal experience at Cbus Mattress. I never buy from the first place I visit but we had such a great experience that there wasn’t any reason to look further. Joshua the sales guy is like the freakin Stephen Hawking of mattresses. Dude really knows his stuff. Felt super comfortable. No pressure at all. The day of delivery his delivery peeps had a conflict so he delivered it himself to make good on the promise to have it there the day BEFORE he said it would be in. Oh yeah, and it was priced extremely affordably for the quality of the mattress. Would definitely recommend them.

Super friendly, respectful, quality service. The mattress is great too! Only had it a few weeks so it's hard to say how well it holds up truly. I'll update the review in a few months once I know better.

I couldn't of had a better experience. Josh was very accommodating with my scheduling and was very easy to talk with. No sales pitches or gimmicks. I bought a mattress, 2 pillows, sheets, 2 box springs for my daughters and a frame for a great price. Other places that would have been the price of just the mattress. Love this place. Ben made the process of buying a new mattress a lot simpler and more enjoyable than at other stores where they try to make you spend more than you want. He knows the industry really well and makes you feel confident about your purchase. Also, free delivery to osu campus was a nice bonus.

Bought a mattress from CBUS Mattress and couldn’t be happier. High quality grade mattresses for a competitive price! Unlike most furniture stores, their salesman was more interested on finding the perfect mattress for me rather then trying to sell me the most expensive one. If you are looking for a new mattress or a well deserved upgraded mattress, you are wasting your time going to any other mattress store.

Joshua made mattress shopping a simple and enjoyable experience. We spent the first 20 or so minutes just chatting like old friends (on that note, Josh if you read this please check out the game “Among Us”, it’s available on mobile and it’s a blast). He did not pressure me in any way to make a purchase, and the mattress I picked is awesome. I have insomnia and I have been sleeping better already. Also, Joshua came to my place and delivered the mattress on the SAME DAY. He was in and out of my place within minutes. Overall a great experience and the 5 star reviews are deserved.

Amazing and friendly! I called around to different places as I needed a bed and it to be deliver that same day as I recently moved from Cali to Columbus, Ohio. Don't let the unusual location & small showroom size steer you away from CBUS Mattress. Josh was super helpful and understanding of my situation, we even talked Buckeye football over a few beers. Delivery went smoothly, Josh was in and out of my apartment in 5 minutes. Absolutely recommend this small business, will return in the future.
