Worst apartment company to date I have dealt with. Constantly avoiding getting applications processed. Make up every excuse out there. Multiple phone calls and emails for them to just steal my money and never process anything.

Place is quiet for the most part. I have lived here since 2018. I Like that my apartment is spacious and on the first floor. The neighbors on my floor are very nice. I have a patio with my apartment that i just love having to sit out on during the warmer months. Also nice for my older dog to just be able to walk outside with no stairs. The manager on site Jamie is very nice, extremely helpful and is pleasant to talk with.

And the property manager is a peach, always available and make sure the property stays handled/Maintenanced

Nice size apartment. Awesome manager always responds to calls promptly. Clean buildings and courtyard.

My family and I have lived here a few years now. I like the size of our apartments. Whenever I talk to the property manager, currently Jamie now, my needs and concerns are met on a timely matter. A few people that live here could do better at cleaning up their garbage near the dumpster besides that I feel at home here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place has a MICE INFESTATION! Management acts as if they are being proactive about the situation, but only calling pest control on certain units.this is not an isolated issue for certain units this is an issue with the entire complex! There are huge mice traps outside at every door and balcony! Multiple people have made complaints and they are going unnoticed! I wish there was a way to upload pics and videos to show you guys!

Overall, it's a good place. It's close to shopping, restaurants, the freeway. Everything is in walking distance or a short car ride. For the most part, l have quiet neighbors. No major complaints.

Tami is awesome! She made my move in process (I moved in 7 months ago) super easy. She helped me get my application in super fast and I was approved within an hour. And had my lease ready to go and sign in a timely manner. She’s always replied to any phone call or email right away. Definitely the best leasing manager I’ve had!

Garbage always on ground too many people for one time garbage pick-up been there for two years going on three going up on rent put no improving in anything.yard with flowers on profile no flowers. IF You want to look out of your window and see this on a weekly basis move here. They actually lied to me and said garbage pick-up twice a week. Amy thought I wasn't smart enough call company, they confirmed one day pick-up on Wednesday at that address. When asked her want other day garbage got picked up she couldn't tell me another day.she got smart and very unprofessional because she got caught in a lie.

Recently moved in. Tami was awesome. Love my apartment. The complex could use a face lift. The only problem is tenants don't respect handicapp parking.

I dont live there. However, I just read the reviews and management responded to someone saying they can't do much about the neighbors. Um, yes you can. In fact, depending on the clauses of the lease, it is a managements job to keep "quiet enjoyment" attainable and to address illegal activity. So, as I search for an apartment for my family, this response from management gave me my answer.no.

Nice place.carpet needs cleaning, people should care about where they live. And not drop trash around. You can see that Mgt is trying, but everyone needs to care.
