I could not be any more pleased and impressed with the service I received at this business. Others were going to charge me anywhere from 150 to 500 and weren't sure they could even fix my flip 5. Riley transferred everything from my broken phone with the blacked out screen to my new phone.and only charged me 30 bucks. I am grateful and want to spread the word

My go to shop for all phone repairs, also purchased a tablet our kids love! Will and staff were the nicest and so helpful.

Great customer service good prices and they help you get what you need if they don't have it and they get you in and out quick it's a nice place.

Leaving a poor review because first off I go in on 12/2/2023 to purchase a phone, they offer an iPhone 11, unlocked. It was brought into their store that same day. Get it home put a cricket SIMs card into and it comes back that the phone is carrier locked. I spent 2 1/2 hours calling Verizon, Apple, att, trac phone and straight talk. Straight talk was able to tell me the phone was just purchase and we had to wait 60 days after the previous owner paid it off for them to unlock it. I got in touch with the store explained it all they said sure bring it back in, their mistake. Go in they really didn’t want to give a refund and offered me a store phone iPhones 11, that’s att. Get a call today 12/5/2023 asking me if I may have switch out and gave them the wrong phone back. Because the phone I took back didn’t match their system. Now we have iPhones but none that match their iPhone 11. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They did me wrong to begin with then accused me of stealing and swapping out an Iphone.

I went in to get my cell fixed thinking I would probably need a new phone. Not a good thing at Christmas. The service I received was immediate and the people in the store were friendly and helpful. It turned out the problem was minimal and I was on my way within 10 minutes with a functional phone. Thank you CellIt Here for honest, fast, friendly service. I’ll be back.

I have had my phone fixed here a few times. The last time I noticed my iPhone screen was glitching and the touch screen started not working. Before I could take my phone back to let them know it fell out of my bed while I was sleeping. I woke up and picked up my phone off the ground; the screen was black. It had a tiny crack across the bottom of my screen. I couldn't believe it. I have had screens that was shattered that still worked. The cell phone gods are out to get me I swear! I'm sure they would have helped me out, but I didn't even bother because It sounds crazy but just my luck.

Great service they go the extra mile for the customer. They helped me when no one else could. I highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! I took my dead old skool iPhone in, they diagnosed the problem for free, had parts there the next day and had the phone working again in less than an hour! Nice people and very helpful!

Brought an art tablet in for a screen replacement model was apparently not being manufactured anymore so it didn't happen. But were very friendly and hospitable. Strongly recommend.:)

Very rude and disrespectful on the phone, could learn customer relations a little better, will never recommend or give any business to.

Had issues with my sim card reader but they fixed it wonderfully, when my charger port stopped working and they fixed it under the warranty! Im forever grateful to these guys. Any issues with phones and laptops I shall go to them!
