8Had a new Samsung galaxy phone looked out.went to Verizon to help.store where I bought it.wouldn't help me.lock-out and factory reset.talked with Verizon, 2days.their final answer, take to our tech experts, expect to pay cost of phone to unlock. I freaked.called cellutionzs Cell and Laptop repair. 20 minutes, 75 dollars later just like the new phone I had purchased, that Verizon was going to charge, 400$ to unlock.i was amazed.don't do your carrier, tech, I saved hundreds of dollars. Cellutionz Cell Phone & laptop Repair was hidden gem. My iphone screen was smashed to literal pieces and the kind gentleman fixed my screen in about 15 minutes! The price was extremely reasonable and he even told me to come back in the event I had any issues with my phone screen. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this store to people in need of quality repair for phones and laptops!

Excellent place to get the cell phones fixed. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Friendly and great customer service. I had a pretty difficult problem with my phone. I had insurance on my phone, but based on my experiences dealing with Verizon, i went with Cellutionz since I know i will have peace of mind as opposed to going thru' painful process and dealing with Verizon's insurance process. Even though i spent bit of extra money, i got my work done the proper way in the right time. Can't ask for anything else.
