Be careful when purchasing anything here. They sell old merchandise at full price. Look at the price sticker - the last two numbers are the year they got it in stock. I've tried to purchase supplements, feed and animal skincare products here only to see the product has been on the shelf for three or four years. It's dishonest and bad business to sell old merchandise to unsuspecting customers. I won't shop here again.
I love centerra! I buy all my dog food and dog toys here, they have great prices! The staff is extremely nice and welcoming!
I wanted to make a mention this review in now way reflects Centerra as a corporate brand. A bad apple can spoil the rest so I wanted to make sure I make it aware that Centerra as a corporate brand is pretty awesome. I have been to stores all over Ohio without issues. I had a dealing with the manager of this store. I can make a review because I spent money here purchasing product that I wanted to buy a water cooler mainly that was made in the USA. I was also there to see if they may have been interested in purchasing a product we manufacture locally in Ohio. They said they would let me know and took a sample that I left.and then dragged me out for well over month without really telling me they were not interested. This was ok by me. But the overall experience I had with the manager was pretty rude. I gave 3 stars because used to be a customer and as a customer the experience I had was the manager was just plain rude! I added photos of our product which will not be sold in their stores at least never in the Medina location.
Tried calling for 15 minutes straight during “business hours” only to have the same message replay over and over again. It said to stay on the line for the next available employee but was never connected to anyone.
Excellent Employees especislly Rusty, Marganne and Dillion. Always look out for you as I left credit card in machine and it was set aside till I returned.
