They repair and have parts.
They only repair thier brands but they have alot of parts for all mowers. You can buy the parts here, fix it yourself.

Great store. The owners know their products inside and out & give good advice.

Many many things I could say but I'll just state the basics. I dropped off a snow blower for repair that i had a wire came off and didnt know where it fell off of and asked to get a good look over while they had it. I asked how they did things since ive never been here. They explained I pay $45 now and they'll call me with a cost on what it takes to fix and then I decide if I want to do it or not. A month went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called and said I was looking for an update and they come back on the phone and say oh it's ready for pick up! And it's almost $300. I explain noone called me and I didn't approve anything and the answer I got was oh, well it didn't say anything on the paperwork.then gives me a list of things they did non of which had anything to do with the wire i brought it there for! I 100% wouldn't have fixed it being a 1996 model if they originally called like they said they would. Then I was unable to pick it up due to surgery and I had someone else go get it. They went paid for it and when they went to bring it out they said oh its not ready yet we"ll call you when it is. 2 weeks go by NO call again I called and they said oh yea its ready. Granted I went through hell finding people to pick it up they assured me it was fixed this time and it was but what a headache! ZERO COMUNICATION - definetly felt taken advantage of.

Reply to comment- it's not the customers job to fill out a ticket correctly nor is it there fault. Maybe that's a good way to avoid this. Also, call people and tell them what it cost before fixing it (since thats the policy) would be a good reminder to all staff.

Although they didn't carry my brand of mower, the lady was able to, at least, find part numbers for me. That made it easier to get what I needed.
