Central Community House reviews
8In particular l am referring to Staff of the Bryden House Services connect with CCH. At this time I cannot say enough. They offer so many opportunities for seniors, throughout the city of Columbus & you don't have to live in the area to be part of benefits from the variety programs & services offered. Staff of Bryden House excellent in every way! Staff at the reception desk appears to very nice.
This wasn't a good experience at all, the service and place wasn't ready for 8 people. It was after 1: 30pm in the afternoon. Knowing the help wasn't adequate and the use of the virus is always at the top of the list for service being poor. You may have done your best but, I was very unhappy there and when I left. I won't try this place again, first trip there.
My experience this time was a very non compassionate ordeal with an employee.
I was denied rental assistance due to rescheduling issues. My case was closed even after the employee knew my situation. I was responded to me by email (which I can't check often) and they refused to verbally speak with me to give reason for the denial.
Their employees don't coincide with their Company's code of conduct and ethics. Im highly disappointed. I need rental assistance and have been denied due to rescheduling/missed appointments that were rescheduled due to an ill landlord.
The biggest question is where do I lodge my complaint.
Great place if you need any information on things going on in our community. Also if you need Holiday help. They also have a day care. Great staff.
Central community house is a wonderful place for all to come the christmas parties and the wonderful gift giving food entertainment and pics with santa claus trick or trunk is just the same i volunteered one thanksgiving it was such an experience giving back to the community my oldest children are 22 and 24 years old now they attended the after school program when it was on bryden and they loved it summer camp and all and we all still went there when they moved to main st miss o miss peggy were great people and kind
I just can't believe how much they've diminished in size. Compared to the "old" building on Atcheson. The day camp really doesn't look much fun, though I'm sure the children love it. Because of the great staff. But I bet if u asked them do they wish the facility was bigger, they'd say yes. But then again, what do I know.
Horrible case management, I had a caseworker whom
I spoke to once or twice then she quit, I met with someone about financial help a year ago no return call nothing. So I get a call today saying my case is closed. Well thanks a lot
