Doctor was amazing. Whole process of re treating my root canal was easy and super relaxed. When I went to pay however I felt demeaned and incredibly looked down upon. I am a full time teacher who works a second job to make ends meet and I didn’t have 300+ to pay in full at the time and the receptionist was incredibly “wellll if you could pay at least half” with a tone that showed she very much considered me a young irresponsible KID who just doesn’t understand how money works and couldn’t be trusted to pay it back once I left. After sobbing in the parking lot because I emptied everything I had 125$ to my name because it was 2 days after rent and other bills. There was no help or support just polite condescension. It’s a tough time of the year and I don’t need to feel shamed about money. Please address this.

Dr Pasiewicz is great. He’s done two root canals on me and he is very nice. He explains everything very clearly and takes the time to answer any questions you have. He doesn’t surprise you by suddenly sticking a needle in your mouth; unlike some other dentists I’ve been to. Definitely recommend.

Although they did a good job with my root canal they completely lie when it comes to insurance and what they accept. So get ready to see random settlements.

I had a root canal done years ago but that dentist didn't do a complete job. I started to get swelling in the gum under the tooth so I went to my dentist and he referred me to COE. DR Steven Smith could not have been nicer or more professional. He re-treated the tooth and told me what he was doing every step of the way. The root of the tooth had gotten re-infected so he went in and cleaned it out and made a new cap quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and Central Ohio Endodontics for any tooth issues you may have

Dr. Smith was amazing, as were the whole staff. Zero pain throughout the whole root canal procedure, or after. Dr. Smith explains every step clearly as you are in the chair. The office is very clean and welcoming as well.

My experience with Dr. James Poulos was absolutely flawless. I was referred for treatment and from my arrival to when I left, all was 5 star service. Dr. Poulos and his assistant explained the procedure in detail, even though I work in the dental field and was familiar with most of what was happening, they still reassured me along the way! We dental people get a bit nervous in the chair as well! He was awesome, I'm hard to numb and he got it first try! And he sings and hums while he works which I found very soothing. I was in and out in 1 hour! It's been 4 weeks since my visit and my tooth feels perfect! Thank you so much for your caring!

I saw Dr Menke for my treatment and he was amazing! The office staff is fantastic. Everything was explained to me before, during, and after treatment. I truly appreciated the follow up call the next day. I highly recommend this office. I work in the dental field so I have some pretty high expectations, that were all surpassed.

From numbing to root canal no pain what so ever (And I'm a baby when it comes to dentist), In fact I actually almost feel asleep during procedure. HIGHLY recommend

Friendly staff, comfortable and inviting waiting area. Dr. Whitcomb was very informative and confident. Made me feel at ease.

Office was very accommodating and got me an appointment quickly. Dr Hadsell was very understanding and gentle while doing my root canal. He called the next day to check on me as well. I had an extensive root canal and have very little discomfort.

Look, the actual root canal procedure went great. I had no pain and it was done within an hour.

However, the doctor performing the root canal and his nurse/assistant were spewing anti-vax talking points while I was reclined and trapped.

They discussed how they just got their flu shot for the year but actively decided against the COVID-19 booster. The doctor’s opinion was that since he’s had three Covid vaccinations, he doesn’t need any more.

Unfortunately his hand was in my mouth so I couldn’t point out the hypocrisy of taking a yearly flu shot but not a Covid booster.

Pro tip to your team: if you have anti-vax talking points or opinions that contradict the CDC, don’t discuss them in front of patients. It’ll make them lose faith in your medical abilities.

I will be finding another practice if I need another root canal.

Dr. Pasiewicz is professional, skilled and follows up with his patients. He truly cares about results. It's rare to find a Doctor like this trust him with confidence.

I recommend Dr. Smith and his staff at Central Ohio Endodontics 100%. Dr. Smith was focused on keeping me free from pain and describing exactly what he was doing during a root canal procedure. Having a considerable amount of anxiety going into this procedure, Dr. Smith was encouraging and thorough in keeping me comfortable. I can, honestly, say that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for any Endodontic work. Anyone choosing Dr. Smith will be very pleased with their decision.

Would give zero stars if I could because that’s the service I received. They gave me a date time and location for an appointment. After taking my child out of school and time off work they wouldn’t see him because they messed up the date and location. The lady I spoke with in attempts to reschedule was very rude. I will be taking my child elsewhere.
