This was my first experience with an extraction. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone made sure I was informed and comfortable. The procedure was quick and painless with no problems afterwards. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Sakamoto and his staff are really impressive, not are they very good at what they do but they truly are very caring.
From the first time that I met Dr. Sakamoto, he truly cared about how I felt and it didn’t matter. He just wanted to help me and fix my problem, he went out of his way and even had conferences with other dentists with my problem. His goal was to make sure that my teeth and mouth were to be fixed properly and his words were “I will not be happy until you tell me that you are happy. ” that’s professionalism from the very start and continued all the way through and I’m still not finished. The caring has not stopped or has his professionalism. If you are looking for an excellent, caring dentist, this is the place to go to!

Dr. Sakamoto and his staff are the best! They are so caring and personable. I have had several gum grafting procedures and everything has been explained thoroughly. I have had very little discomfort during and after the procedures and someone calls the next day to check on me. I live 2 hours away and the drive is definitely worth it considering the wonderful care I receive.

The staff is just great! Dr. Sakamoto is wonderful! Very personable and outstanding care. He was very thorough in explaining my options. My recovery was so quick and I attribute that to Dr. Sakamoto’s top notch surgical expertise! I highly recommend him!

I traveled 2 hours to see Dr Sakanoto! He and the dental hygienists are very VERY worth the drive!

Loved my visit-everyone was extremely welcoming and kind! Dr. Sakamoto and Marci were wonderful and very knowledgeable.

The dental services I received here were fine enough. The problem I had was being asking to pay more than I needed to when considering the amount my insurance was going to pay. They held that money for three years and finally mailed me a refund check that bounced! Now they are being difficult about making this right! I will update again when this gets finalized.

Immediately I was made comfortable. Stacy stayed by my side and made sure I felt up to leaving after my extraction. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Sakamoto does amazing work! Had an Implant done and had absolutely no pain during or after… Everyone in the office is Wonderful. Very polite and professional… Love this office…

My dentist recommended me to a periodontist to have my below-the-gum tooth pain evaluated. Instead of going to the Periodontist that my dentist recommended, I decided to find my own. I looked for Periodontist on Google and sorted by "top rated" and found Central Ohio Periodontics. It was easy to make an appointment but was more than a month out. (A specialist that is good at what they do, tends to be in high demand). I was able to get moved up due to a canceled appointment, which means I was able to be seen within a week.

At any rate, all the great reviews that I read about Dr. Sakamoto AND HIS STAFF seemed to match my own experience. He is very personable and I didn't feel rushed. He explained the problem, the treatment options, worst case scenario, and what he recommended. I ended up in the worst case scenario and had 2 teeth extracted (painlessly with a local). He also prepped the sockets by adding bone grafting for future implants. There was very little pain after the medication wore off. I was even able to work my regular job that evening.

If you need a Periodontist, look no further.

The best dentist I’ve ever met, not one of. I’ve been suffered from periodontitis for 30 years and received treatments across the world, from Beijing to Shanghai to Taipei to San Francisco. While the most of dentists are very good, Dr. Sakamoto is truly exceptional! He is kind, relaxed, highly efficient and accurate. When he was pulling out my bad tooth, the anesthetic amount he applied on my gum was super accurate, no more no less. Very few dentists could achieve this level. When he was doing bone grafting operation for me, he only spent 60% of time the other dentists would have, but my tongue could feel that the stitch was very fine. And I didn’t experience any swelling after the operation, only very tiny pain in the first 2 days. With his extraordinary skills, he doesn’t waste patients’ money and time. When I was referred to him I heard he was good, but didn’t expect so good. I wish I could have met him earlier. The other staff in his clinic all are kind and considerate.

Dr. Sakamoto has done two of my gum surgeries and has been absolutely so incredible.he explains everything he’s doing and everyone there makes you feel comfortable and welcomed no matter what.

First time appointment for consult on upcoming gum surgery. Dr. Sakamoto and his staff were so friendly. Walked me through what will need to be done, financing, etc. My husband had the same procedure a couple of years ago and it was a success. Dreading the procedure, but I’m confident with Dr. S and his staff’s ability to create a positive result.

Dr. Sakamoto made my implant procedure very comfortable and relaxing! It was done and over with very quickly and his personality made the experience so much better!

The care I received at Central Ohio Periodontics was definitely first rate! Wendy did a really thorough cleaning and assessment of my mouth. Marsha was great and Dr. Mannava explained everything that was going on so clearly. I highly recommend this periodontal practice. They really make you feel important!

I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a dental office. The front staff and support staff are amazing and efficient, and Dr. Sakamoto as amazing at what he does. If you need any type of extensive dental procedures I could not recommend this office more!
