Super clean, friendly staff, towel service, amazing sauna and steam rooms, excellent salt pool and modern equipment. Best one I have visited.

Everything a gym should have to offer and more. Lots of space, friendly staff, private showers, towels ect. They recently installed some new cardio equipment, solid move.

Old cool building, updated equipment, nice staff, rent-able lockers, very clean, has Spinning classes.

I came to use the pool and no lifeguard showed up. 30 minutes later I had to drive to Blue Ash. The people were friendly.

People working help tap into wifi there, life guard always nice, let him know if you need pool floats for exercise.

This newly renovated facility is fresh & modern. I love using the sauna inside the women’s locker room (they have a men’s one on their side, too). The salt water pool is awesome and every yoga class I’ve taken has been professional, warm and met me where I was at.
I love the lobby with the fireplace and modern furnishings.
The staff is always cheery and helpful.
I absolutely love having this place in our neighborhood!

I love this YMCA. I love that it is renovated, the locker rooms are clean, everything is updated. They have men and women's sauna and steam room in the locker rooms which is very nice. There are only 3 lanes in the pool and it is quite small but I still like it and you can always share a lane. The staff is very nice and helpful and make you feel welcomed. The people are also very nice and polite.

Great location. Great equipment. Staff is super friendly. No parking but if you're willing to walk 2 minutes you can usually find free spots.

Unfortunately they don't refill the soap in the showers enough (extremely frustrating), the elliptical and gym TVs work sporadically, soap operas dominate the men's locker room TVs, and they tend to play uninspiring music in the weight and cardio rooms (think Cher and Bon Jovi).
These problems have existed for awhile and members have complained repetitively, to no avail. Otherwise, the staff is usually super friendly and the equipment is rather new.

A newly renovated YMCA in a historic building with all the amenities of a private club. The parking is a little bit of a hassle - you need to park in a lot or on the street - it is difficult to find free parking here, but parking will cost you a few dollars for 2 hours. The facility offers all that anyone would want as far as machines, free weights, cardio equipment, TRX, a gymnasium for basketball, indoor track, and all sorts of workout classes, including yoga, cross training, and cardio classes. The salt water 25m pool is awesome with 3 lanes. The locker rooms have carpeting, sauna, steam room, and TV's with your favorite sporting events. This is a must for downtown Cincinnati inhabitants and workforce!

This renovation left us with a rather swanky YMCA. Spacious. Modern. Clean. Extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend.

It's very busy between 4 and 6 of course but plenty of empty machines. Staff is nice. Pool still unheated at 70 degrees. Loads of classes. Youngish crowd. Few older women, but they did nice remodel. I used to belong in 1979.

The Y is a top-notch facility with excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new gym.

There is no longer free parking, and parking is about $4, so that is an extra $120 on top of the expensive membership.

Love the Y! The renovated space is huge and nicely finished, with all of the equipment you could want. The free weight room is definitely small, but throughout the rest of the gym you have plenty of room to move about and get your workout in.

Newly renovated and conveniently located. Towel service, salt water pool, sauna, spin rooms, yoga rooms, nice locker rooms. Personal trainers available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Numerous classes included in membership at convenient hours. Do wish it opened earlier on Sunday though.

If there were a zero star that is what I would rate based on. My experience w membership department only. I was made to feel like a zero.
