FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE!
If you have a RAINBOW vacuum They have a factory trained service technician who is AMAZING! He had mine opened up and diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and gave me the option of buying a used part which he would warrant for 2 years! Saving me 350.00 even provided the estimate iin writing and no charge or obligation! I couldn't say enough nice things about him and how friendly and laid back!
