The process started out a little bumpy and we were concerned it would not be resolved secondary to a worker that was initially assigned to us. We voiced our concerns to team managers and they quickly resolved our issue, replacing the individual. The end result was an exceptionally well done home exterior (wash/stain of wood), and a happy customer. They were attentive and professional to our needs and we would certainly use them again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Certa Pro. Getting a quote was quick and affordable. Colleen was amazing at keeping us updated. Our painters were professional, thorough, and we love the final product! Thank you Certa Pro. We would definitely recommend.

What a great job Rich and his son did! I am very pleased with the painting, they did a great job, and I couldn’t have asked for nicer guys. They were very meticulous on the cleaning which I really appreciate. I have been bragging about Rich and CertaPro to everyone I talk to.

I would recommend calling anyone before Certa Pro. My experience with them was chaotic, unprofessional, and just plain sad. Get a company that doesn't hire their jobs out.

Tyler and his crew were professional and courteous. They worked well around the bad weather and did a great job communicating schedule. Excellent quality. Highly recommend and would use them again.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Pay someone else.they never answer and your house will look horrid for 6+ months.

So bad. If I could give no stars I would.got my house painted in November and it was SO BAD its july now and still no progress to fix it. Ive called the office so many times and no answer.the painter himself told us at least 10 times he was "on the way" then never showed.do not use them.other companies are more money but so worth it. THE WORST.

Super friendly. Quality Work. They do much more than just painting. Will be considering them for more future projects.

Very professional staff from the first phone call to the last touch up of paint. Quality of work was excellent. Clean up was very thorough. Would recommend them to others, for sure.

Matt was very nice. Obviously an experienced painter. He worked hard. If it was me doing the work I would have prepped a little more on the woodwork around the door, but I was satisfied overall.

Very disappointed. Chris seemed very professional when he came out to give us our quote, but the sub-contractors assigned to our job were incredibly unprofessional. They were difficult to communicate with, deflecting and defensive about not showing up when they said they would be here (twice) and when we made note of all the paint chips left behind in our yard, flower beds, and sidewalks (the quote specifically said these areas would be covered and they were not). Cameron and his team (sub-contractors) claimed they had finished the front porch but when we got home, they had not painted the railings or spindles and there were already scuff marks on multiple steps. They painted over paint chips that were peeling off without sanding down the area as the quote stated they would and nothing was painted with two coats despite this also being in the quote. Worst of all, Cameron's team damaged parts of our home during power washing and never repaired it (knocked a hole in the stucco and left the gauge white and unrepaired). I called Chris mid-way through the job to let him know we were disappointed with the experience and quality of work. He assured us he would be out to take a look at the job and make sure it was done up to quality. He never came by our house, never followed-up by phone or e-mail. Two weeks after the job was finished, we put our home on the market and it sold. The home inspector even made specific note of the porch and soffit needing to be painted. These are the only areas we had contracted CertaPro to paint and the specific ones noted as in poor condition.
