Chagrin River Park reviews
20All ways an enjoyable walk. Lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Take your camera or have your cell phone set to camera!
Such a wonderful park. Plenty of pavilions for family celebrations. Nice facilities and a wonderful playground for the kids. Plus lovely trails along the river and through the woods. If you watch carefully, you may see deer, raccoons, squirrels and more.
A favorite place to walk before work. Easy improved looped trails that seem to go for miles. Ever changing views of river and recovered wetlands. Plenty of wildlife like deer, herons, ducks, and even an occasional bald eagle. Complete with playground, picnic areas, sand volleyball
Love this park for the trails. The other thing is there are a lot of ticks I spray off, but without a doubt, there is always one on my dog. So check. You will see a lot of wildlif. I tend to see deer a lot, but I have seen other animals like foxes and different species of birds.
Beautiful park and creek, the only downside for me is that despite the signs saying no dogs off the leash, they're severely dogs walking around off the leash. I'm not a dog person, and I have my grandbaby with me, so it makes me very uncomfortable.
A beautiful park, with multiple trails through woods, along the Chagrin River, and through a talk grass meadow. With pavilions and playgrounds, bathrooms, a sand volleyball court, sled riding hill, and multiple river access points for fishing or playing, this park is a wonderful place!
Always a brilliant display of nature for all lovers of life. Pathways are easy to navigate and picnic areas are clean and well equipped with trash cans for party's.
Did not know it was there but saw the sign and had to walk the dog. Beautiful park next the river with lots of amenities.
A great place to hang out with the wife and our two four-legged friends. Really not crowded the last two times I've been there I suppose on the weekends it might get a little a little crowded but during the week it seems to be right on point. Dogs love the river shallow enough that they could step in and play around a little bit. Didn't get to check out the restrooms however if they are anything like the grounds in the past and the beaches that I probably would guess that they are pretty well kept as well. There are doggy bags for your four-legged friend and garbage cans along the path. Really a great walk thank you again
Nice trails, river access, fire pit, playground, scenic, sled hill, pavilions, & good times.
Very nice park with facilities and nice trails. Pavilions and playground are available. Flush toilets are in place.
It’s nice place to go on a walk or bike ride good place to have a get together at a pavilion I highly recommend
Been going here since I was a kid. A beautiful park for walking, sledding, playing/fishing in the river, campfires. Always a plethora of animals there's no doubt you'll see at least one animal on your walk. Plus also have a playground, restrooms, pavillions and a volleyball court!
Such a nice park to really connect with nature. We love to take our dog with us, take the kids, or take a stroll just my husband and I. If you play Pokemon Go, its a great spot to catch some cool Pokemon.
Ordered curbside. Staff is great! They work efficiently, professionally & well managed! Always kind & with a smile! Great workers! Thank you all! God bless

This is a beautiful park with a nice river and areas to treat and relax. A sledding hill and great flat trails for walking/ hiking/ running
It's one of my favorite places. Clean, well kempt. Lots of trails that are well maintained. Two playgrounds for kids are both newly updated. Sufficient restroom facilities are clean and well maintained. Water fountains for humans and pets. Parking can be a pain on nice days when there are a lot of visitors. Access to the river from many locations, beautiful scenery, fishing, open fields for sports, games or to relax, bird watching, sled hill, firepit with chopped wood supplied year round, sand volletball court with net, paved roads, gravel trails, lots of wildlife especially deer and turkeys, rare birds including eagles in the area, located in a quiet, safe suburb on a residential street, pavillion for parties, managed by Lake Metro Parks. Closes at dusk. Great to exercise, hike, bike, roller skate, scooter, walk, run, and relax. Parking is located near pavillion. Electricity at pavillion. There is only one pavillion, and you must reserve it for exclusive use.
Nice place to walk along the river. Has playground, picnic tables, sledding hill and clean restrooms.
