What an amazing installer - craftsmanship all the way. Changed my window size from 2 divided windows to an amazing picture window

Mike Field was professional and gave us what we feel was great service with his knowledge of the product.

Salesman did not explain that we would lose our outer trim around the windows. The recently stripped and repainted trim was covered by the installers with vinyl. I was devastated, then to add to my dismay I found out it could have been almost any color instead of the bright white we got but the salesman didn’t mention that either. When I was shown the vinyl color chain & found a color that would have been acceptable with the new paint, I was told I signed off on white, it is a little box that says coil color & the salesman marked the color was to be white. I had no idea what the coil was. The installers were very inconsiderate of other workers and tramped wet leaves etc.on the wood floors. We scrambled to cover the floors as they couldn’t be bothered to wipe their feet on the various rugs that were covering parts of the floor and were at the entryway. I took advantage of the 12 months same as cash and payments went to Champion in draws. In January a service/inspector was sent out to look at some windows that had nicks & scrapes on the durobond and I was advised our warranty parts were ordered and would take 5-6 weeks. I never heard anymore from Champion until we received a certified letter that a lien had been filed against the property. No letter or bill for the amount not paid yet by the finance company who I assumed was making the timely payments to Champion. I have been attempting to resolve this since April when I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong & no parts ordered of which I have the texts proving such. I cannot get anyone to take my calls or answer my emails. I would warn anyone about the Champion advertising One Call, One Company. They say they design, build, install, and guarantee it. The installers drove a no name van & cars, I asked if they were W-2 employees, they are subcontractors, not what we thought we were paying for. The pictures show all weep holes were full of shavings, the mark across a brand new window, and all of the durobond windows had white showing and the service guy walked around with a colored pen and colored on the windows to cover the white. I guess I misunderstood what replacement windows meant and am so very sad that it wasn’t shown in any example or picture, the entire outer look of the house has been changed forever. The coil - white vinyl is like 4 inches wide & flat instead of the original stacked wood trim that enhanced the character of the house. So sick and disheartened over this entire investment and sure do wish they would respond so this nightmare can be resolved.

Got a call back. Trip charge is $119. Life time transferrable warranty is worthless because it is only transferable within the first year, after which the warranty only applies to the original owner.

The $119 trip charge cannot be used toward parts or labor, so those will be extra. They won't just sell the part without looking at it.

Increased from 1 star to 2, pending successful resolution and the final total cost.

We have a 7 year old Champion patio door that supposedly has life time warranty. The outside handle recently broke off and it can only be replaced with the same handle from Champion.

I called their service request phone number and had my information taken down. After waiting for a week with no call back, I emailed and attached photos for reference. A week later, no response. I called again, offering to pay for the handle, I'll drive to their showroom to pick it up and fix it myself. Still no call back.

What will it take to get not even warranty service, but any service at all?

The joke is on you, Champion. We were considering getting a quote for siding replacement and sunroom. Your bad service just cost you approximately $50k worth of business.

Disclaimer: I didn’t select Champion to replace my windows. The ‘buy two windows get two windows free’ deal is not a deal at all. What they do is more than double the actual price of installation (I was quoted $3,200 and change to replace EACH standard double hung vinyl window) and then they take 50% off and tell you you’re getting a deal at roughly $1,500 each when the absolute max it should cost is $1,000 each. I’m sure they do fine work but the sales pitch feels entirely dishonest.

Had a great experience with my sales person he went over everything. Can't wait to get my new windows

Mike explained very nicely details of patio doors to be installed and we are satisfied. His behaviour is appreciable.

In the process of purchasing a 4 season's sun room. Had looked at other providers and found their product or vision not as desirable or functional. Love the look and feel of what we have ordered and can't wait to fully enjoy our new living space.

I could write this review based on the quality of the product, and how pleased we are with the way the siding looks on our home.

However, the highest compliment I can pay the folks at Champion would be to say they are a principle centered company. I would use words like trustworthy, integrity, responsive, and willing to do what is right based on the situation.

Our experience started with the Sales Manager, Camille, and continued with the accounting manager, Chris, the install manager, Dan, and the install crew led by Louis.

It was truly a pleasure doing business with such a company in this day and age. We will use Champion again for future home projects, and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

Champion’s sales person Cody did an excellent job explaining the deficiencies in my current windows and how champion’s product differed and could alleviate some of the problems I was experiencing

I booked the appointment with Champion literally around 10: 30p for a next day appt at noon! Not only was Sam P.on time he was extremely professional! As Sam went through the benefits of Champion windows he broke down the presentation in a fashion that honestly helped me understand the technology that goes into efficient windows. We had an engaging walk through and eventually I asked how long he had been doing this and he mentioned 3 weeks! To which I paused everything to commend him on the job well done. So much more to discuss but my Wife and I did make the purchase and were extremely satisfied with the experience. He was even polite enough to run through the demo one additional time! Thanks Sam for both the great convo and overall experience! If you read through this ask for Sam P.when you call Champion in the future!

We recently had windows placed and our large window was transitioned to a bay window. When I saw the windows, they removed my trim and replaced it with untreated trim that is covered in pencil markings and about an inch smaller exposing different paint that was under it. They bay is untreated wood as well, which we can adjust. The windows have caulk on them and sticker residue that does not come off with goo gone or windex. Trim in other rooms were damaged as well. I called the company twice to place complaints, but have not heard back. Frustrated doesn’t cover it

Cody was a true professional during our home visit. His presentation was thorough an informative. He answered all of the questions that we had and remained interactive in conversations. We will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in new windows.

Cody was great in testing the comfort365 glass heat-resistant properties scientifically in front of us! And he was forthcoming with the warranty details and the price savings we could leverage. Great experience!

I was impressed with the sales rep. He was right on time and I appreciate and value that. I was looking for quality and trouble free and I am confident I found that with Champion. I am very handy but I don't need any product that may need repair down the road. I'm retired and have enough things to keep me busy. I can't review the installation because that is not yet complete but I am confident it will be great.

This review is strictly based off of the scheduling process and the factory representative, Cody. Scheduling a free quote was fast and easy. I scheduled it for 6pm and Cody was here at that time. He explained to me and my husband all the details of Champion Windows and even did a little demonstration. We purchased windows and will be having them installed in the next couple of weeks. I will update then, if necessary.
