Wes was superknowledgeable and able to tell me everything I needed to know about all the machines I was asking about. Even though I told him I was just looking, he took the time to make sure I was able to get to the bikes I wanted to look at. Wonderful service!

Ordered parts waiting for 2 week's parts came in and was all wrong. When it came to the 3rd week I went in and got money back called Honda East and they had most of what I needed in stock and only had to order 1 part. I also had tires done there to and they put sticky weight on tire to balance it and within the first week it came off. Very poor service won't spend any money there ever.

Very rude. Not only unprofessional, but also just rude talking this way to anybody on the phone regardless.

Took about 20 seconds! Of Jim's time total inquiring about 13k bike, was going to accept his offer and wire the money. BUT GOT HUNG UP UPON. Simply AFRAID to wire my money to someone who treats their clients like that. What kind of customer service would I get?

Clicked on "get a quote" on their website and the response I got was "Its got pictures on our site ". Ok.thanks? Guess nobody taught this guy about sales leads. I sent a follow up email about the vehicle in question and got no response at all.

Cost right on with estimate. Very friendly staff. Accommodated an appointment as I was fairly far away. Good work. Didn't seem rushed answering my "stupid" questions. On top of great service, they recommended a good restaurant to have some breakfast while I waited for the service team to do their thing. I got back a little early and they were buttoning things up ahead of schedule.

Will be back and would definitely recommend them for service to others.

They fixed one of my atv's. The crew at Championship Powersports went above and beyond to take care of my needs and exceeded my expectations, as well as came under the estimated cost for the repair. I've used a competitor in Maumee in the past and had an unpleasant experience, Championship Powerspots is well worth the drive and has gained a loyal customer.

The quote was different than the price they tried to charge. Also asked for a simple oil change and they did some extra work and tried to charge for it too. Lots of "hidden charges". Was my first and only time I will do business with them. Honda East might take longer but they will only charge what you authorize.

Bought a bike from Joe Hale (2014 YZ450) this March 2018. Joe could not find his title and has been trying to get Jim @ Championship to process the original paper work to actually get the bike title since then. I've personally called 3 times and left my number for a call back and nothing. I took Joe at his word that he would have a title for this bike because my credit union needs a copy of it. Nothing from anyone at Championship. I would be happy to remove this review once/if this ever gets taken care of. Todays date 07/27/18.

Jim and his team at Championship Powersports in Wauseon, OH provide second to none sales and service. I have a sweet tooth for power toys, and they raised the bar on what's to be expected from a powersports dealership. Jim quoted me a price on a new KTM, he killed the competition, and hooked me up with the parts and gear I needed to be race ready! I'm going back to him for my wife's new bike, and he is hitting it out of the park AGAIN!
I wouldn't consider going anywhere else, I recommend calling Jim or his team.

I had a most excellent experience when I bought my KTM Duke 390 from Championship Powersport. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional, not to mention downright pleasant to talk to. They took the time and attention to walk me through each step of the purchasing process, and then gave me a walk around and introduction to the bike's systems. We discovered a crack turn signal, and they instantly replaced it on the spot. I couldn't be more happy with the level of service they extended to me as I gear up for a new riding season. I would recommend this dealer to anybody that wants to purchase a Yamaha, Honda, KTM, or Husky. I drove 150+ miles to get here and after experiencing the shop would have drivien 5 times that.

Fantastic communication with Jim Miller. I bought my new KTM Duke last week. Transaction was great and quick. Title arrived yesterday. Ive had the bike for 5 days. (To dispel the "my title never arrived" reviews) I've always had the motto treat me right and ill be back. Well this is one of those places. From the moment I hit the door to the day I took my bike home A+ service. I drove over an hour to go here and gladly will in the future.

Great folks to deal with, they ride and keep the right parts on hand. Personal service you won't get at the big bike dealers.

My purchase of a motorcycle from here was an awful experience; I believe the salesman's name was Jim Miller, and I only dealt with him. I wired them the money for the bike a few days prior to taking delivery, and after receiving the funds they told me that they weren't actually allowed to sell it to me for the agreed upon price. They wanted an extra $1000 and would "throw in" a slip on exhaust pipe to make up for the inconvenience. My hands were tied because they had my money and I took time off work to come pick up the bike. This is a sleazy and dishonest way to sell accessories to a customer. After getting the motorcycle home, I discovered that they never properly configured the motorcycle from the factory, because none of the electronic gauges (speedo, trip, odometer, etc.) were operable. I took it to a different dealer and they fixed the issue for free and apologized for the incompetence of Championship Powersports. Lastly, I did not receive the title in the mail until the week that my temporary tags were set to expire. I had to call multiple times to see where the title was, and they always had some excuse for why it wasn't mailed. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and have never had to wait more than a week for a title to arrive. Do not shop at this dealer.

Jim was extremely helpful in the purchase of my Husqy TE300. They had the best prices around and all the accessories I needed. I will definitly be giving them more business in the future!
