Charak Center for Health and Wellness, Stow OH

Abi Culling a provider at the charak center refused me of my medication that I have been taking for over 10 years. I have been a patient here for over 6 years and have never been so insulted by a careless person in my life. All together it looks bad on Dr Ranjan I do not recommend this provider to anyone. Malpractice

Awful experience, the female staff member was so unprofessional at her job sadly. /:
it find it so odd and weird since my family members was trying to help me out with this business to help me out but nope, the female staff member who you talk to in a room didn’t like it when my own mother was helping out so they basically YELLED and GANGED UP on my mom for helping me out with paper work to get me set up with this company/business but my grandmother didn’t get yelled or ganged up on while she was trying to help me out with this business itself. I told the female staff member like “my mom is just helping me out to have my back so I can be more focused on talking to you. If im doing something else, then im NOT giving you my full attention so I would rather give you 100% of myself, NOT 50% by the way. ” to respect her but she wasn’t respecting me back sadly and then that’s where things went downhill, my mom wanted to leave the room since she already knew that female staff member was starting to be VERY unprofessional which is very disappointing, disgusting & low vibing since i didn’t do anything wrong sadly, smh. -. -
plus i called her out on her drama because she didn’t like it when my mom was having my back and trying to help me out to get with this business, imagine trying to start drama for NO reason when my family members was trying to help me out, doing NOTHING wrong, trying to help me out to get with this company to see them, ect. so embarrassing and childish of this business to gang up on someone who’s trying to help out someone which is me, like why tho? You just ruined your whole reputation and lost a customer, seriously? Over when someone has my back to help me out? And then yall started to behave like whole bunch of 6 year olds over that? That’s very sad how people are today, this generation is done for with these low vibing beings, wow.plus i myself already know that this company business is talking stuff about me behind my back, that tells me that THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! Their backstabbers to let you know by the way, most people go to college to get a high ranking job to get lots and lots of $$$, they don’t care about your feelings, what you’re going through, what you tell them, ect. More) because your life doesn’t affect them at all, they’re just there for their paycheck.all they care about is $$$, not you or your well being which is completely demonic because paper is weak and you can replace a item such as a fireplace for an example but you can’t replace a human being like what? You can’t get that though your skull, you don’t understand? That honestly tells me how low vibing you are, ew.

^ PSA: when someone helps out someone and that bothers you, then you’re telling me that you’re being a terrible human being who’s being a narcissist, period.plus it shouldn’t bother you when someone is trying to help me out and being there for me, since this business doesn’t like it when people is trying to help others like people at this business, their not above me or anything cuz there is nothing WRONG about someone trying to help you out with something actually.just don’t let this terrible company get to you or anything because when they try to start drama with you for no reason such as my family members having my back and helping me out to get with this business to see them. < by the way, I just find it so stupid how to lose a customer though, eek.also im exposing this business so NO ONE ELSE CANT HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS! Sue and Kelsey are the hardest, most caring workers I’ve seen. This place does not run without them. Sue at the front desk is working above and beyond to help us all, doing a million tasks at once. Kelsey always ensures clients are being taken care of. I’ve been a client here for 8 years and have never seen two individuals work as hard as they do, and truly care about clients as much as they do. They deserve some more help.

Sue in the office is the most helpful person you would ever want to meet. She is truly somebody that will go above and beyond to help you.

You're gonna charge me $86 per 15 min video call and y'all can't even return a phone call in 3 days?

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional place,
My 82-year-old grandma is a patient there more times than not they cancel our appointment without letting us know we either bring our 82-year-old grandmom to the appointment and they turn us away or we schedule a virtual appointment and they cancel without letting us know.
This has happened so many times I’ve lost count most recently yesterday
My grandmother‘s doctor quit, and they failed to let us know that and she ran out of her meds and can’t get a refill until she has another appointment with another doctor, but when we made that appointment, they also canceled that one without letting us know.
When we asked to speak to the manager of the office, they said the manager had a baby and there was no one else we could talk to about this
I don’t see how anyone gets any help at this place there’s no way anyone’s actually benefiting unless it’s just my 82-year-old grandma they don’t care about!

Charak has been very helpful in getting me care. Sue the receptionist is especially a hard worker, thoughtful, and very dedicated to her job. She helps to ensure patients are taken care of! Thank you Sue!

I have been going to Charak for the past 7 years, and the staff has always been kind, generous, and understanding. I currently attend PHP, and coming across an issue, Sue has helped me tremendously. She was able to get me in with a provider within the hour, whom was very helpful and considerate of my needs. I have noticed Sue run the front office effectively and efficiently, and is always kind and understanding with clients.

I’m the patient there in the Garfield Heights. I’m trying to reach someone to help me send my diagnosis report No one care. There Pharmacy workers are very mean they don’t want to file for my medication. Please don’t even think to choose their pharmacy or this location. At Garfield Heights. Baljit Kumar

I went in for an appointment the front receptionist was rude she asked for my id and insurance I said I don’t have my insurance card which her response was I don’t care. Then told me my appointment was cancelled yet I never received a cancellation call or email and said I’m either gonna have to reschedule or go somewhere else because they don’t have any openings without even looking on the computer.

The front desk was welcoming and very accommodating. Therapy was helpful in engaging better communication about my past to give me enough hope there can be a better way to resolve trauma.

I have counselor here and she is wonderful but I haven’t had a good experience with any other part of the business. Unorganized, unprofessional, I’ve had a PA falling asleep during a zoom call! Really?

We love coming to Charak. Dr Anikeev and the Staff are so kind, loving and considerate. We feel very blessed to have found them. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at this stow office. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. My therapist was exceptional, and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with them. I truly appreciate the care and support I received during my visits.
