Great experience. I was expecting to have teeth extracted but to my surprise he was able to save them. The staff was efficient, professional and very courteous. Plus they helped me with my insurance coverage and to get additional financing to help with my co-payment.

I am very picky about my dentists so I dreaded looking for a new one when my former dentist retired. I was very impressed with Chardon Dental Arts. The team was so thorough in every aspect. From scheduling to cleaning and exam, everything went smoothly. I like that they take the time to explain potential issues. Overall very satisfied!

This is by far my favorite dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and friendly! The woman at the front desk is so sweet and helpful- she went above and beyond to help me with an insurance question. The hygienist I had was so friendly, and made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had. Lastly, the dentist himself was very professional, answered my questions, and very kind. My teeth are well taken care of here and the level of customer care is fantastic. Thank you guys!

I had major tooth pain over the weekend. After calling first thing in the morning on Monday, they got me right away. I was referred to a specialist for additional X-rays. As I was leaving the specialist, I called Chardon Dental Arts back to let them know I needed my tooth extracted. They told me to head straight to their office so I didn’t have to deal with the pain anymore. The staff was amazing and so much fun to talk to. I felt very welcome from the moment I walked. Thanks so much! I will definitely be back and will be referring family and friends!

Not a fan of teeth cleaning. Thank you for using numbing gel. Felt like I was drowning some with the water jet while cleaning the teeth. She remained calm with a steady professional demeanor. Perhaps if I solely breathed through my nose. Water would hit my gag reflex. Dr. Was great and compassionate. Best dentist I have been to for repair etc. Wimp when it comes to dental work. Will be back, but not sure about the worth of teeth cleaning versus the mental trauma: >)

Dr. Gray at Chardon Dental Arts is very caring and gentle. If you are looking for an awesome dentist try him. You will surely be happy. His office is very clean and everyone is friendly. He makes you comfortable and explains everything he is doing.
