Chardon Family EyeCare reviews
13Chardon Chesterland Family eye care, they truly care about their patients. Wow, I was in need of a pair of contacts, they contacted me asap and came through for me in minutes. Even on their day off, they took of care me. Thank you so much to Dr. K and staff for your help. It is very much appreciated.
Met Dr. Grant today. He was friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The whole staff at Chardon Family Eyecare is always friendly and makes you feel at home.
Such a wonderful place! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the Dr. I highly recommend.
Friendly staff.the doctors are professional, knowledgeable and caring. I am glad I found this eyecare clinic for my eyecare needs.
If you are diagnosed as a glaucoma suspect by Dr. Grant, I recommend seeing a specialist.
Excellent experience. Right on time. Staff was very friendly, the office was incredibly clean and bright. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you
My 95-year-old wheelchair bound father who lives in an assisted living facility has not had updated glasses for a while was losing his vision. Jackie came in on a day off just to be with him. The most kindest soul ever. Worked with him so gently. You have to understand my father has dementia. Then in came Dr Grant. Dr Grant explained to me exactly how my father sees. When the appointment was over my dad looked at the doctor and said, "you are a very good doctor keep it up. " I believe that is because finally someone was able to explain to the family how exactly my dad sees because it's something he can explain on his own. Needless to say, we are actually getting some glasses to help my dad see as best he can. This place is an incredible vision place. It is where my family goes for their vision. I would never go anywhere else. The loving care that all the individuals at the Chardon and Chesterland office give you is priceless.
Staff is always nice and helpful. Dr. Grant was knowledgeable and funny. Puts you at ease the whole visit.
Highly recommended, Great Staff! Perfect for kiddos learning how to try contacts for the first time.
Everyone at this office is very nice and friendly! Easy to do business with which is the reason we drive from Ashtabula to Chardon for our eye exams! They explain all the tests and results clearly.
Wonderful experience! Doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time making sure my questions were answered and I was informed about my vision.
The staff are beyond amazing as well! I’ve always been so self conscious and never liked my glasses that I’ve worn. The girls took the time to help me pick out a new frame and made sure I was happy before I left.
It also helps that they were affordable as I was a self pay customer.
Thank you again!
I scheduled my appointment over my lunch hour thinking it would be a quick appointment. I just needed an exam for contacts. My appointment was at 12: 15 and I made sure I was there on time. I waited 15 minutes for the first part of my appointment. (Just a couple questions.) Then I waited another 15 minutes for the eye doctor. I understand that appointments can take longer than planned but I was not happy with waiting 30 minutes. If I’m expected to be on time, I expect the same. It’s disrespectful of my time.
Chardon Family EyeCare and Dr. K are the best! She has a great staff too. Today Jackie did my testing and she is friendly and explains everything. I come back every summer for eye exams and to have Dr. K check any issues I’ve have. She is very caring and goes the extra mile to make sure her patients are eye healthy!
