We have been in our Charis built home for 4 1/2 years & we are as happy with it now as we were the day we moved in. They are a great company with the nicest people to guide you through the process. They built our home exactly the way we wanted it instead of trying to make it THEIR home they made it OUR home!
Been in my Charis home 2 years. Process was great, house done in 8 months- weather in 2016 was perfect for this so caution- results may vary. There have been problems since, but they have taken care of them. Love my house!
Let’s start with that we love the house we designed and built with Charis Homes. Had a great experience from start to finish. The issue we have is that it has been four years now and we are still waiting on the balance of our money owed to us. We paid for materials and cabinets among other items and had a credit when we were done with construction. It’s not all their fault either though with four kids and busy lives meetings were canceled and time has past. We have kept up with email communication but lately I have had no response. I would like to settle this dispute ASAP.
Charis builds a solid, energy efficient home that you will be very happy with. I highly recommend them.
