Fabulous salon! I've been with Charles Scott for about a decade, even sticking with them after they moved.

Their spot in Avon is so much nicer than Crocker Park. There's always close parking. They have a well lit and open parking lot that they share with other businesses on a busy corner.

The building itself is brand new and gorgeous! You just feel comfortable here from the minute you pull in till the minute you leave.

Kevin is my hair dresser, and he is amazing! He helped rebuild my completely destroyed hair from bleaching it myself during the pandemic. He cut all the drawers ends of and still made my supe short hair look good!

He gets my hair snow white every time while still keeping it soft! He always offers me something to drink and has the best manners.

Get the service you want, at a fair price, and feel the stress start melting from the second you pull in!

First time customer I came in with dry damaged hair and melony helped so much she showed me which products would work best for me and gave me amazing highlights and haircut she is an amazing hairstylist and im so greatful for her

Wanted blonde highlights I was lucky if I got 15 foils put in my head my hair color looks almost identical as when I walked in. I have stripes on the sides and then my my sweater was bleached which was a $225 Ralph Lauren sweater very disappointed, and for the price that I paid, my head should’ve had at least 30 foils I’ve been in the business a long time and very over priced for the service I received

I received a 90 minute deep tissue massage from Becky and it was amazing! The customer service from the moment you walk in the building is exceptional. I highly recommend this business. Will definitely be back!

This place used to be very trusted for me. I used to go there before they moved locations. I normally don’t write bad reviews but I have been dealing with this now for a couple of months. I went in because I really wanted a haircut and to have my hair reshaped. I showed pictures of the style I was looking for and everything. I paid for the service and tipped bc I never don’t like to tip anyone but I went to my car and instantly cried the whole way home. My hair was hacked, butchered and ruined. I took pictures before and after the cut. Some of the layers look like a bowl was placed on my head and hacked that way. I posted pictures of my haircut and people did comment how awful it was and that they would demand a refund. I’m really disappointed because I trusted this place to be a high quality salon and now I will never return. I have had to sink a lot of money in products and things to make this hair manageable and to help the growth. The experience may not be bad for everyone but it was a big mistake for me.

I was looking for a new nail place and I thought I would check out Charles Scott. I was not disappointed. Danielle did an amazing job on my nails. They are absolutely gorgeous and I received many compliments. I am looking forward to returning for regular nail care as well as other services they offer. I also want to comment on staff that helped me schedule the appointment and answered questions about their wide variety of services.

Charles Scott is a fabulous salon. The facility is beautiful and immaculate and the staff is wonderful. Without exception, Chelsea was the best stylist that I have ever had.
